Brian Smiley did a great job.
Our technician Bradon was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave us suggestions on services that would address our concerns and even gave us some tips to help with services that were outside the companies scope. We appreciate the open friendly demeanor he showed towards us.

Seth notified me when he first arrived and was professional and friendly. I’m giving him 4 stars because he left our dog run gate to the backyard open and did not completely close the large side gate at the right side of our house.

After he is done, he asks if there is anything else I need. It makes such a difference when we have someone who is very nice and helpful!

Bradon Smiley was very friendly, caring, knowledgeable! Treated house inside and out! Was very sympathetic to my hatred for ants. He even told me that a cause for my ant problem is the amount of dog poop next door! ( Wish Bradon could help me with my neighbor!) He also swept down the cobwebs in my garage. He was…

Brandon was very professional and arrived right on time. He performed a very thorough pest inspection and also was very honest with us and explained that problem we were having with flying ants was seasonal and not an issue and there was no need to spray at this moment. Excellent service!
