Our technician Bradon was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave us suggestions on services that would address our concerns and even gave us some tips to help with services that were outside the companies scope. We appreciate the open friendly demeanor he showed towards us.

Bradon was the service technician who came out today. He showed up early within the timeframe given and immediately started working. He was efficient and thorough. Afterwards Bradon explained the service he performed and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Bradon and HomeShield for handling pest control around the home.

Bradon texts me when he is on his way which I really appreciate since we have pets. He is very friendly, he does a good job, and he explains everything that he does. After he is done, he asks if there is anything else I need. It makes such a difference when we have someone who is very nice and helpful!
