Bradon was the service technician who came out today. He showed up early within the timeframe given and immediately started working. He was efficient and thorough. Afterwards Bradon explained the service he performed and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Bradon and HomeShield for handling pest control around the home.

Seth notified me when he first arrived and was professional and friendly. I’m giving him 4 stars because he left our dog run gate to the backyard open and did not completely close the large side gate at the right side of our house.
Mr Brandon Smiley was very friendly and polite, had a smile on his face while doing his job and was able to do it quickly, and efficiently. We have a dog and he greeted her with a friendly hello and petted her gently. I was very satisfied with his visit.
