The product does not prevent ants, spiders or other insects from returning. The service is fast and rushed. I’m very disappointed in this company.

The technician, Zach,was not only extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs. He really took the time to spray, put down different types of pellets, etc. The people that came here from my previous company were here treating and gone before I could turn around. Not so with Zach. I was thoroughly satisfied with my service.
The man that came was very good. He checked all the stations found an active one. He explained everything to me and was very professional. He mentioned to me that Ken stepped down and won’t be doing this anymore and he was just filling in until a permanent person will be here. I was sad knowing it won’t be him. Great guy.

The company always lets me know ahead of time when they will be out to service my property. In addition, the service person is so friendly and takes his time, which is important to me.

Been a customer for over 10 years. We have had the same tech most of that time. Which i think speaks well of the company. Quick to respond when we have issues. Which are rare. Very happy with service.

"Tubes in the Wall" are the greatest in "critter" defense. We are serviced by Home Team member "Travis" (*****) who is positively the most knowalagable persor on critter control. He has become a welcome service member at our household in Florida.

We’ve used Home Team since we built our home 8+years ago. They are reliable, on time, professional, communicate well and we’ve had no pest issues because of their service.
The only issue I have is they are supposed to notify me 1 week ahead via email, to advise me of a scheduled service and that is not happening.
I’ve been using Home Team Pest Defense for years and they do a great job and the technicians are knowledgeable and professional.
