The product does not prevent ants, spiders or other insects from returning. The service is fast and rushed. I’m very disappointed in this company.
HomeTeam has been fantastic with the pest controls around our home. Matt our technician is always very thorough with the tasks HomeTeam performs on our home. Matt is also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with the various services HomeTeam provides. I highly recommend HomeTeam to anyone needing pest control for their home or property.
Patrick and the team continue to execute flawlessly. Highly recommend.
Always professional,not rushed,
Our Hone Team Rep is awesome. Always explains everything. If we need anything extra, the response is fast. Brian has been taking care of us for years and does an exceptional job .
For a great many years, Home Team has done a five star job protecting our home; plus a second property and house that we no longer own. They are thorough, professional, friendly and reliable. The woods behind our house leaves us vulnerable to critters and bugs who want to make our house their home. Home team has made…
So thankful for the excellent customer service!
Fantastic job very thorough
Have NEVER had any issues. Great service.
They did a outstanding job Thanks
The technician, Zach, was not only extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs. He really took the time to spray, put down different types of pellets, etc. The people that came here from my previous company were here treating and gone before I could turn around. Not so with Zach. I was thoroughly satisfied with my service.
The man that came was very good. He checked all the stations found an active one. He explained everything to me and was very professional. He mentioned to me that Ken stepped down and won’t be doing this anymore and he was just filling in until a permanent person will be here. I was sad knowing it won’t be him. Great guy.
We r pleased with the results we received but I do wish the worker had of let me known he was here because I wanted to talk to him about treating some ant beds that r near our front entrance. When I called to make the appointment I spoke with the girl about it & she said that he would let me know when he arrives & I…
The company always lets me know ahead of time when they will be out to service my property. In addition, the service person is so friendly and takes his time, which is important to me.
Top level service that was easy to get started and very affordable. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped set up my service and Orlando arrived to do the work. Both were friendly and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with Hometeam services.
Very happy with the results in just a short time. Everyone was very professional &helpful. Will recommend this company to friends & family.
They are always so kind whether on the phone or in person. Our Technician is a very thorough young man who always acts on any of my questions or concerns. We've been using this company for a while now and I would recommend them to any friends or family asking for a good pest company.
Takes great care to keep us pest free!
Service techs did a great job.
This company is great and my technician is always willing to help make my home comfortable by keeping pests away. I highly recommend HomeTeam!
Very thorough technicians. Company is always easy to work with.
Excellent service
Terry was very helpful in getting service set up for our new home. Charlotte showed up promptly as scheduled, walked the property with me and explained everything that she was going to do and patiently answered my questions about our pets. It started raining while she was there so she waiting around for a while and…
Both Techs Dakota and Terrese were excellent on service. I would high recommend them.
Wilfredo was very professional and courteous. He performed our first service. He explained the service in detail and was so kind in telling me that if we had any questions or concerns after our service not to hesitate to call. He said a technician would come out any time between services if we needed them to.…
Been a customer for over 10 years. We have had the same tech most of that time. Which i think speaks well of the company. Quick to respond when we have issues. Which are rare. Very happy with service.
Very dependable quality services!
Great company!
They are always extremely nice and professional. The quality of their work is excellent.
FOLLOWED UP!! Matt always does a good job.
I have been using HomeTeam for the past 5 years and have not been disappointed. Their service is professional, customer centric, of high quality and very responsive. I am very happy with the value I receive. I highly recommend them.
Chris does an excellent job. Home Team has always been very responsive if we needed something done quickly.
"Tubes in the Wall" are the greatest in "critter" defense. We are serviced by Home Team member "Travis" (*****) who is positively the most knowalagable persor on critter control. He has become a welcome service member at our household in Florida.
Services done perfessionally, would like maintain Josh as my pest control service provider.
Took care of our needs and hopefully we'll continue to use them down the road
Very satisfied
We’ve used Home Team since we built our home 8+years ago. They are reliable, on time, professional, communicate well and we’ve had no pest issues because of their service.
The only issue I have is they are supposed to notify me 1 week ahead via email, to advise me of a scheduled service and that is not happening.
I’ve been using Home Team Pest Defense for years and they do a great job and the technicians are knowledgeable and professional.
Home Team Pest Control provides great customer service and is very responsive if I need any type of service. Very thorough when providing the services. I would recommend them to anyone.
The tech didn’t even spray my house. He sprayed my neighbors house and left the bill on their door. My address is clearly displayed on my house and on my mailbox which is the only mailbox in front of my house. Now I have to call to get the service redone, make sure I’m home so they don’t get lost, and still pay for the inconvenience.
Weve always been happy with Hometeam. We are picky customers and they regularly obligue us.
HomeTeam did a great job doing a Taexx service and setting up our Sentricon system for our home. They were on time, very friendly and super professional. Would highly recommend.
Courteous technician
The experience was very positive and would have rated this a 5 if I did not need to go out and clean my windows after the treatment on my patio and front porch
We have used this service for over 2 years. Have not had many issues with insects inside our home. They treat our home through tubes in our walls and termite traps outside. So far so good.
The Tech was polite and professional. But I just viewed my Service Comments report online. I totally disagree with the 3 “recommendations” that are checked off: 1. I do NOT have any trees or shrubs touching the house 2. I do NOT have any stacked wood against the house 3. I do NOT have any earth-to-wood contact…
Very responsive. Orlando was very nice and knowledgeable.
Have used them for over 20 years! Love their service and their employees!

I've lived in Florida my entire life and bugs were always an issue. That’s the way I thought life was until I used HomeTeam. Since we bought our home and hired them we have never, ever seen one single bug that did not just walk in. These folks have pest control down to an exact science. It's rather remarkable. This…
I have been a customer of Home Team Pest Defense for 23+ years (16 years at this address). I love the fact that you have the same technician every time. I love the quick response if I do need follow up service (which I usually don't because they do such a great job) and I love how courteous the office staff is when…
The service technician is very good, accommodating and professional. Good customer service.
Great service !!
Great service. Arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly. Very reasonably priced.
Have used them for 4 years and could not be happier. They protect my house from all kinds of pests and termites. They are extremely thorough.
