Patrick and the team continue to execute flawlessly. Highly recommend.
I’ve had a really good experience with HomeTeam Pest Defense. They are always very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns I have. Whenever I’ve needed a technician to come out, they’ve been able to schedule someone either the same day or the next day, which I really appreciate. Communication is…

The technician thoroughly explained his process and took the time to answer my questions.
Very satisfied
The experience was very positive and would have rated this a 5 if I did not need to go out and clean my windows after the treatment on my patio and front porch
We have used this service for over 2 years. Have not had many issues with insects inside our home. They treat our home through tubes in our walls and termite traps outside. So far so good.
The Tech was polite and professional. But I just viewed my Service Comments report online. I totally disagree with the 3 “recommendations” that are checked off: 1. I do NOT have any trees or shrubs touching the house 2. I do NOT have any stacked wood against the house 3. I do NOT have any earth-to-wood contact…
Have used them for over 20 years! Love their service and their employees!

Travis has done an excellent job keeping our house insect free for 4 years.
Hometeam responded to our rodent problem by sending Chris out to our house within an hour. Chris recommended a solution. We agreed and he came back and installed it same day. We appreciate Hometeam and Chris.
Whenever I have a suspected bug problem, Home Team comes to investigate. They eradicated scorpions on my lanai. Also, they are thorough when taking down cobwebs and wasp nests.
This company is awesome and Greg is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from my first interaction over the phone to my first service. Their pricing is unbeatable for the service they are providing. Thank you!

HomeTeam provided excellent service. Our exterminator inspected the outside and inside of our house, cleaned off spiderwebs and destroyed hornet nests, then sprayed to stop any other bugs. Our tech was professional and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!
My technician is an outstanding young man first who knows his product. He was able to set me up with counseling and additional services on the spot. The call in process was seem less as well. Additionally, I recommended them to my daughter and they gladly gave her my referral discount. This company is all about customer service.
They were very professional and courteous.
