Do an awesome job techs are great!

I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. Very consciences about checking on pest activity, if any, and whether new pests (like crickets hatching or wasps moving in). I'm VERY happy with Hometown Pest Control service.

We are first-time Home Team Pest Defense customers in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. Service is superb. The technician (Preston) whom services our home is very thorough and professional. He is always on time. Great communication through texts and calls. The best technician we’ve had since moving to Vegas 17 years ago. Great job hometeam pest defense!!

Ian was very professional and personable. He did a great job exterminating my interior ant problems as well as the insects in the garage and exterior treatment. I contacted him regarding an ant trail I spotted in the house after he had left. Ian returned the same day to treat the exact area with bait. Since then… Read full review

First they said they don’t do same day service but advised they got approval and the tech had availability so if I could pay and docu sign they would be right out. As soon as I did that.. they said they couldn’t come and would come tomorrow. They were rude when they did show up!

We have been customers of Home Team since 2013. Six visits per year is the schedule, basically every other month. They have tremendous turnover so the indoor and garage treatment becomes moot. Without warning, our service increased by 20% per application in 2022. I asked for quarterly applications but that service… Read full review

He asked if I had seen any pests so far, he explained what he would be doing; and he let me know when he had finished. He and his helper were… Read full review

Andrew very professional and knowledgeable great to work with He explained everything he was doing

They got me in quick. The price was great and great customer service.

Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.

My initial service was awesome. The rep was very knowledgeable and provided fast efficient service.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Andrew was on time, couteous, respectful, and highly competent. Even though I didn't have an outbreak problem, Andrew was able to discover a cockroach nest next to my house and remove it immediately. I also saw noticeable differences in my backyard later that night.… Read full review

We recently moved into town and needed a pest control company. Our new home has the Taexx System installed and the phone number listed. I called, and the prices were very reasonable.
