I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. Very consciences about checking on pest activity, if any, and whether new pests (like crickets hatching or wasps moving in). I'm VERY happy with Hometown Pest Control service.

First they said they don’t do same day service but advised they got approval and the tech had availability so if I could pay and docu sign they would be right out. As soon as I did that.. they said they couldn’t come and would come tomorrow. They were rude when they did show up!

We have been customers of Home Team since 2013. Six visits per year is the schedule, basically every other month. They have tremendous turnover so the indoor and garage treatment becomes moot. HomeTeam Pest Control performs regular service on two properties. We couldn’t be happier with the service. In three years we’ve had two different technicians and both were professional and communication with each was top notch.

Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Andrew was on time, couteous, respectful, and highly competent. Scorpion spray also

It was good

I wish the tech does spray all the surrounding areas of the house. He purposely missed some areas when no one is looking. Our camera shows he missed some areas purposely.

This company is very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous to their customers. I've used them for 4 years and moved and re use them at my new house.

They sprayed and said they were going to reapply every 2 months. Very nice and friendly.

Technitian always texts or calls a few days before to verify time of service. Very considerate, as many times we've had to change scheduled time. Very professional.
