Great experience, however, They use to come at the same time every month and they would call several days before to remind us. Now it seems to be whenever they decide to come, usually about every other month or so with very little notice. Even a 24 hour notice would be better than the 15 ish hours notice, we’re getting now.

I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me.
