These guys are great. Courtesy, professionalism and friendliness abound. Recently, I arrived home just after Jesus and his partner had finished outside. I found them up the street and asked them to come back for the inside treatment. They did so with big smiles on their faces. Nice, really nice.

Donte keeps my home bug free and that’s what it’s all about.

Hugo did a great job explaining the application of the pesticides!

My service tech, Ian, was great. Very thorough, friendly, respectful, and patient - I like to ask a lot of questions. This was only the first treatment for our house, but they are off to a great start!

Have used them for over 30 years and would not change companies. They are very accommodating and helpful

Experience was great, their home system was installed with my home and they came to service the home system and treated the back yard. Didn’t need to be home for them to perform service!

They keep the bugs away! I love I get a text the day before arriving and ask if there is anything I am concerned about or any place I want them to pay special attention. And always make sure to address any bug issue that’s come up since their last visit. I’ve even called between visits and they respond quickly.… Read full review

II have been working with HomeTeam Pest Defense for 3 years with no issues. My tech Anthony is great, courteous, and always responsive. I trust him and enjoy working with him.

My service person text before and after him working on my house which I appreciate.

Home Team Pest is an excellent company. Each technician we have had was totally professional. Anthony is our current tech. He reminds us prior to coming, is always on time, an ask us if we have any special issues.

The technician arranged to do all the work before we moved in, so it worked perfectly. Lots of dead bugs in the garage, so assuming the product worked as advertised. Communicated well throughout the transaction.

HomeTeam has serviced my home for over three years now and keeps me free of concerns and my home pest free. I had ants once on my front porch and they can right out and remedied the situation. I have had two techs over this timeframe and both have been personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Anthony is the person who comes to my house to do the work. I would not want anybody else but him. He’s kind, on time and honestly I see him like a close friend. You have a great staff including the people who talk to you on the phone. I just can’t say enough pleasant words about this company. Thank you for allowing me to express this.

I used this company for almost 10 years. And they always do a good job. I'm not seeing a bug in my home since day one. I just wish they were a little bit cheaper as this is a stretch on my budget.

Technicians are friendly and thorough

And they have the best staff! Always friendly and accommodating.

Our tech Jerome is the best, Can’t say enough good things about him! Hometeam is very lucky to have him as he is def an asset to the company. The treatment never takes too long, is pretty effective & my dogs aren’t afraid of him (which says a lot!) and he almost always remembers to put the lock back on our gate when… Read full review

My tech was courteous and professional. He explained what he was dispersing and what it was controlling. My tech was very thorough and meticulous. Goodbye bugs!

Great experience, however, They use to come at the same time every month and they would call several days before to remind us. Now it seems to be whenever they decide to come, usually about every other month or so with very little notice. Even a 24 hour notice would be better than the 15 ish hours notice, we’re getting now.

We LOVE Home Team! We have used them since 2021. Our technician Ian is so responsive! If we see anything he is there in less than 24 hours making sure it is resolved. Recently we brought some boxes in from the garage and a few bugs got in on the boxes. I texted him on Sunday night and at 9am Monday he was there… Read full review

Jesus is amazing and is always responsive. Thank you!

Jay is always responsive when I have a wasp issue, and has offered helpful tips on how to deter the wasps from wanting to build nests on my home. He is always on time, and lets me know ahead of time when he will be coming. Jay is one of the best.

We have been with Home team for 7 years and 3 different houses! Chris is amazing! He is so helpful, kind, answers all my dumb questions, and very professional!

I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. Very consciences about checking on pest activity, if any, and whether new pests (like crickets hatching or wasps moving in). I'm VERY happy with Hometown Pest Control service.

The technician Hugo sent me a text the evening before the appointment to confirm that there were no changes. He showed up on time and then explained everything he was going to do inside and outside our home. Hugo was courteous and professional. We're very happy with the initial service and would highly recommend Home Team Pest Control.

I love that Home Team pest defense always texts me to let me know when they are coming, and then texts to let me know what they did. We have dogs, so it makes life so much easier when I know they’re coming.

Saw their van in my neighborhood, looked them up online, glad I called. Steve provided excellent service and a very nice guy. All the bugs are dead and continue to die. A+ recommended, probably the best vendor I've ever worked with in Vegas.

Texts of when they are coming, when here and when leaving so I can keep my dog inside, etc

My tech, William, is GREAT!! He services my home inside and out. The bugs don't have a chance. He looks for problems and corrects them.
