The service for the pest control is top notch. The service tech is friendly and professional. They spray used also kills scorpions since we found several dead or dying after they snuck into the house .

My tech was courteous and professional. He explained what he was dispersing and what it was controlling. My tech was very thorough and meticulous. Goodbye bugs!

Great experience, however, They use to come at the same time every month and they would call several days before to remind us. Now it seems to be whenever they decide to come, usually about every other month or so with very little notice. Even a 24 hour notice would be better than the 15 ish hours notice, we’re getting now.

We LOVE Home Team! We have used them since 2021. Our technician Ian is so responsive! If we see anything he is there in less than 24 hours making sure it is resolved. We have been with Home team for 7 years and 3 different houses! Chris is amazing! He is so helpful, kind, answers all my dumb questions, and very professional!

I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. Very consciences about checking on pest activity, if any, and whether new pests (like crickets hatching or wasps moving in). I'm VERY happy with Hometown Pest Control service.

Called to set up new services and we were scheduled two days later, very informative as to the procedure they were performing. They also called a few days later to follow up and to make sure things were good!!! So glad I called!

The exterminator knew what he was doing and performed his job efficiently. We did preventative care for the season. We have been customers of Home Team since 2013. Six visits per year is the schedule, basically every other month. They have tremendous turnover so the indoor and garage treatment becomes moot. Crickets and scorpion

They got me in quick. The price was great and great customer service.

Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.
