Jesus was awesome! Friendly, walked me through the treatment and what he was performing at the time of the visit.
On time and very considerate of the needs of my home. Hugo was very professional and generous with the time he spent on my property.
Hugo was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional!
Always on time courteous, friendly, definitely professional. Take care of everything from landscape to locking up closing garage door everything I don't have to do a thing. Only to text, thank you. I have been with them for many years and never had a problem.
They do the tubes in the walls. That really works. Responsive and a very nice rep. Always helps
Donte, our technician with HomeTeam, has been responsive, focused, and always on-time. Extremely dependable. No supervision ever necessary. Have not had a pest (cockroach, spider, scorpion, etc., ) in over 13 years thanks to HomeTeam Highly recommend their service!
Fast, friendly, and fare pricing
Jayson was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced. Give that man a raise!
I am very happy I switched to Home Team a few years ago, Jared is an excellent tech, top notch customer service and most importantly, no bugs.
Dana, Always professional, prompt and detailed with our service. We recommend Home Team Pest Defense and Dana if you’re looking for an expert approach to your pest control.
Always on time. And always gives detailed survey of house.
The service for the pest control is top notch. The service tech is friendly and professional. They spray used also kills scorpions since we found several dead or dying after they snuck into the house .
We recently had Kaitlyn come out and service our home. She always texts the day before and lets us know what time she will be arriving and if we have any concerns or issues with bugs. HomeTeam Pest Defense is a good company. I would definitely recommend this company for your home pest needs.
William is the best just love him
Kai is great! Keeps in contact, addresses our concerns and notifies us if he's sees something that needs attention.
Ive been with Home Team for last 19 years and never once had a problem. I truly recomend them to everyone
They always give notice when they will be here so we can prepare. And we have seen no pests at all despite other home having many.
Have use this company for many years. Reliable professional service.
Home team technician does an outstanding job making sure everything concerning bugs are addressed to your satisfaction.
It’s been more than 5yrs doing business with HomeTeam Pest Defense, never had any issues or complaints. Gerald, the Tech Specialist is a very nice guy. I am satisfied with his service all the time.

Dana is the best
The young man that comes by to exterminate our home is always Always courteous and professional and he always goes the extra mile to make sure that we are satisfied and if there’s anything more he can do for us. I highly recommend Home Team Best Defense because they are the Best Defense Team in our eyes.
Very Friendly
We chose Home Team because they were the company that could service our taexx system. I love that it sprays in the wall and not exposing our family. Our service person comes reliably and I know I can call if I need more. Thanks for doing a great job.
We’ve had an exceptionally good experience with HomeTeam, and in particular, Tim (our rep). He is always communicative, timely, friendly and thorough. The results of the treatment have been outstanding too.
We have used HomeTeam Pest Defense for many years. William is our guy. We haven’t found a bug in the house since we started except once. We killed it, but they were out the next day to spray again. Excellent service.
Good job
If and when I have a issue with pest, they are back out to remedy the situation.
Anthony is the person who comes to my house to do the work. I would not want anybody else but him. He’s kind, on time and honestly I see him like a close friend. You have a great staff including the people who talk to you on the phone. I just can’t say enough pleasant words about this company. Thank you for allowing me to express this.
Technicians are friendly and thorough
Being able to pay online, automatically is just another aspect of their excellent service.
My tech was courteous and professional. He explained what he was dispersing and what it was controlling. My tech was very thorough and meticulous. Goodbye bugs!
Great experience, however, They use to come at the same time every month and they would call several days before to remind us. Now it seems to be whenever they decide to come, usually about every other month or so with very little notice. Even a 24 hour notice would be better than the 15 ish hours notice, we’re getting now.
We LOVE Home Team! We have used them since 2021. Our technician Ian is so responsive! If we see anything he is there in less than 24 hours making sure it is resolved. Recently we brought some boxes in from the garage and a few bugs got in on the boxes. I texted him on Sunday night and at 9am Monday he was there…
Do an awesome job techs are great!
Jesus is amazing and is always responsive. Thank you!
We have been with Home team for 7 years and 3 different houses! Chris is amazing! He is so helpful, kind, answers all my dumb questions, and very professional!
I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. Very consciences about checking on pest activity, if any, and whether new pests (like crickets hatching or wasps moving in). I'm VERY happy with Hometown Pest Control service.
My tech, William, is GREAT!! He services my home inside and out. The bugs don't have a chance. He looks for problems and corrects them. Always super friendly and takes whatever time is required to make sure your satisfied. And the office is very warm and responsive also. I have recommended them many times and they…
Chris and team have always been great to work with and are always very responsive. I highly recommend using them.
I’ve had an overall great experience with this company!
Jordan is awesome. Always in contact with us & prompt! He sprayed for ants & we didn't even know we had some!
First their service works because I don’t see any insects. Second, our technician Anthony is very professional, thorough and polite. A pleasure to do business with Home Team.
Very pleasant tech, efficient, listens to concerns.
The service is great. I have no bug issue's , and that's because of them.
We are first-time Home Team Pest Defense customers in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. Service is superb. We phoned their office on a Friday afternoon requesting a specific technician recommended to me by several neighbors and they scheduled him to come out at 8AM the next day (Saturday)! William was professional,…
So far my experience has been great. Everyone is very personable.
Service rep did a great job of explaining things
No hassles
Called to set up new services and we were scheduled two days later, very informative as to the procedure they were performing. They also called a few days later to follow up and to make sure things were good!!! So glad I called!
The exterminator knew what he was doing and performed his job efficiently. We did preventative care for the season. The 2 hour window they give you just make sure you don’t plan anything within those 2 hours. Sit back on the couch and watch a movie, but remember to get up when they need to spray around you. Air out…
Amazing service. I’ve lived at my current address for five years. Chris is my technician and he’s amazing. I have a very difficult schedule to work around and he always changes my times to make it work so he can spray inside as well as outside the home. For the first time in five years we have been scorpion free!…
We have been customers of Home Team since 2013. Six visits per year is the schedule, basically every other month. They have tremendous turnover so the indoor and garage treatment becomes moot. Without warning, our service increased by 20% per application in 2022. I asked for quarterly applications but that service…
1/13/2022. This was our initial service from Home Team Pest Defense since moving into this house a few days ago. The technician arrived within the scheduled range of time. He asked if I had seen any pests so far, he explained what he would be doing; and he let me know when he had finished. He and his helper were…
Very professional and fast.
This is my first time using professional pest control. The Home pest control boxes are in place in the walls of our new home and so I decided to sign up for one year. Scott was the sales person in the office and seemed very knowledgeable about their product. Isaac will be our technician for this year. He was also…
Crickets and scorpion
They got me in quick. The price was great and great customer service.
Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.
My initial service was awesome. The rep was very knowledgeable and provided fast efficient service.
I was able to get an appointment the next day. Andrew was on time, couteous, respectful, and highly competent. Even though I didn't have an outbreak problem, Andrew was able to discover a cockroach nest next to my house and remove it immediately. I also saw noticeable differences in my backyard later that night.…
Very professional and explained everything well
We recently moved into town and needed a pest control company. Our new home has the Taexx System installed and the phone number listed. I called, and the prices were very reasonable. A technician, Steve, sent a pre-arrival text the next day. He arrived on time. Steve was very professional, and answered all of our…
Started the service based on good reviews. Very responsive and show up on time.
Stephen was prompt professional and very knowledgeable did an outstanding job explaining the services provided absolutely no complaints would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful service, efficient, professional. Mr. William was kind and every helpful, he educated me on the pests in my backyard (wasp/hornets) he searched to every 10ft cypress I had (6) removed and sprayed the nests, and even cleaned the area- when he was done he provided me his card, and said they will be back in…
Very professional. Good value for the money
Company was on time and quality of service was great and responsive. I signed up on their bi monthly membership. Would recommend 100%
My tech Dana is friendly, thorough and on time
Very professional tech, Anthony. Explained service and was very thorough!
I’ve been with Home Team for over two years and Frank has been my pest control pro the whole time. He’s a knowledgeable professional and also punctual and courteous. I appreciate the texts reminding me when he’d be coming and the follow up texts after. I haven’t seen a single pest since I retained their service.…
Antonio was our technician and he was very thorough. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. HomeTeam was highly recommended by our neighbor and we are so happy that we made the decision to go with them. Very satisfied with the service.
Scorpion spray also
It was good
I wish the tech does spray all the surrounding areas of the house. He purposely missed some areas when no one is looking. Our camera shows he missed some areas purposely.
In my last house we moved into in April 2018 we had tons of ants day one on the second floor, and the house was a brand new build.. because I left a can of 7up out on my night stand. I called this place, they came out right away, and for the three years we lived in that house, after they did their service I NEVER…
This company is very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous to their customers. I've used them for 4 years and moved and re use them at my new house.
They sprayed and said they were going to reapply every 2 months. Very nice and friendly.
We just started using Home Team Pest Control. They were very friendly and scheduling with them was easy. They helped us get a great deal on services before the year ends. They explained how their products work.
Professional service , knowledgeable and courteous
Friendly, on time and professional service :))
Technitian always texts or calls a few days before to verify time of service. Very considerate, as many times we've had to change scheduled time. Very professional.
Antonio was extremely thorough and professional. Very reasonable pricing and great results.
Dana did a great job representing HomeTeam with our 1st service in new Lennar home. . Left paperwork and explained process very well. Happy customer
The guy came in near the beginning of the window. He explained everything in detail, answering all questions professionally and adequately. He was very courteous and helpful.
Absolutely great service. Kevin was friendly and professional. He addressed our pest control concerns and treated the entire house quickly. He is an asset to your company and reflects great credit upon your organization. Thank you!
Steve was very professional in his demeanor and already we have seen an impact of the pest control treatment. Thanks
