Wonderful experience with Home Team Pest Defense! We’ve had no bugs and when the occasional ant or pest shows up I am able to get a service usually as soon as the next day. Our technician always lets us know ahead when he is coming and has been a pleasure to speak with! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Experience was great, their home system was installed with my home and they came to service the home system and treated the back yard. Didn’t need to be home for them to perform service!

Took time to inform me on what chemicals were being used since we have small dogs I was concerned. And then also explained what to expect after sprain so there wouldn’t be any surprises very professional.

They are awesome! I don't have to worry about any little critters/bugs at my house. If by chance I see something, I make a quick call and a friendly person answers the phone and sends someone out ASAP. They text the night before to remind me that they are coming. HomeTeam has serviced my home for over three years now and keeps me free of concerns and my home pest free. I had ants once on my front porch and they can right out and remedied the situation. I have had two techs over this timeframe and both have been personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. I have been using Home Team Pest Defense for several years for pest control. While using them, I have not had any issues with insects in or around our house. The technicians who have serviced my house have always been on time, and have been friendly and professional.

Called to set up new services and we were scheduled two days later, very informative as to the procedure they were performing. They also called a few days later to follow up and to make sure things were good!!! So glad I called!

Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Andrew was on time, couteous, respectful, and highly competent. Did a full service prevention and filled the Taex home system. Service was thorough and the rep was diligent. Minus a star due to expense, the pricing could be far more competitive.
