Experience was great, their home system was installed with my home and they came to service the home system and treated the back yard. Didn’t need to be home for them to perform service!
Took time to inform me on what chemicals were being used since we have small dogs I was concerned. And then also explained what to expect after sprain so there wouldn’t be any surprises very professional.
They are awesome! I don't have to worry about any little critters/bugs at my house. If by chance I see something, I make a quick call and a friendly person answers the phone and sends someone out ASAP. They text the night before to remind me that they are coming. It's wonderful not having to worry about pest control.
They keep the bugs away! I love I get a text the day before arriving and ask if there is anything I am concerned about or any place I want them to pay special attention. And always make sure to address any bug issue that’s come up since their last visit. I’ve even called between visits and they respond quickly.…

I am always notified by my assigned service tech a day or two before he arrives. If there is any conflict with my schedule, he is very flexible in arranging a time that works for me. Very consciences about checking on pest activity, if any, and whether new pests (like crickets hatching or wasps moving in). I'm VERY happy with Hometown Pest Control service.
The technician Hugo sent me a text the evening before the appointment to confirm that there were no changes. The agent was very professional and kinda.
Called to set up new services and we were scheduled two days later, very informative as to the procedure they were performing. They also called a few days later to follow up and to make sure things were good!!! So glad I called!
The exterminator knew what he was doing and performed his job efficiently. We did preventative care for the season. The 2 hour window they give you just make sure you don’t plan anything within those 2 hours. Sit back on the couch and watch a movie, but remember to get up when they need to spray around you. Air out…
Ian was very professional and personable. He did a great job exterminating my interior ant problems as well as the insects in the garage and exterior treatment. I contacted him regarding an ant trail I spotted in the house after he had left. Ian returned the same day to treat the exact area with bait. Since then…
Pests showed up exactly one day after their warranty period. Taexx system seems useful, do not waste your money
Amazing service. I’ve lived at my current address for five years. Chris is my technician and he’s amazing. I have a very difficult schedule to work around and he always changes my times to make it work so he can spray inside as well as outside the home. For the first time in five years we have been scorpion free!…
Perfect interaction. Price was much less than anticipated and no up selling: in fact they talked me out of an upgrade service that they said was unnecessary. At first service Dana ( amazing, honest and thorough gent) surveyed the house and found easily correctable open access points for bugs. Previous company at…
Steve is our Pest Control Professional. He has been serving our home for 2 years. He is always kind, professional, and responsive. We have literally only had 2 spiders, one beetle and a few moths at our patio door since he has been servicing out home. He is awesome!!!! I hope he never leaves.

This is my first time using professional pest control. The Home pest control boxes are in place in the walls of our new home and so I decided to sign up for one year. Garden ants decided to move indoors in preparation of the winter. Not acceptable. Sprayed, gel and pellets! Frank is very nice, was on time and through.
I was able to get an appointment the next day. Andrew was on time, couteous, respectful, and highly competent. Even though I didn't have an outbreak problem, Andrew was able to discover a cockroach nest next to my house and remove it immediately. I also saw noticeable differences in my backyard later that night.…
We recently moved into town and needed a pest control company. Our new home has the Taexx System installed and the phone number listed. I called, and the prices were very reasonable. A technician, Steve, sent a pre-arrival text the next day. He arrived on time. Steve was very professional, and answered all of our…

I wish the tech does spray all the surrounding areas of the house. He purposely missed some areas when no one is looking. Our camera shows he missed some areas purposely.
