We had a great experience with Hometime Windows & Door! They were recommended to us by a friend who had worked with them before, and I’m really glad we decided to go with them.
Originally, we were only planning to replace our backyard door, but their pricing was very fair, so we decided to replace the windows as well. Jeff came to our house, checked everything, explained the whole process clearly, and set up the installation appointment.
On installation day, Jesse and Carlos arrived on time and did a great job. They were professional, worked carefully, and cleaned everything up before they left. Everyone we dealt with was on time and easy to work with.
What impressed me the most was that three days after the installation, the owner himself called to ask how everything went and whether we were happy with the work. To me, that really shows that they care about their customers and the quality of their work.
Our old doors and windows were heavy and difficult to open and close. The new ones are so much lighter and slide very easily. We’re very happy with the difference and with the whole experience.
I would definitely recommend Hometime Windows & Door to anyone looking to replace their doors or windows!

Hometime was referred by the friend of a friend. After sending Kaleb to educate me about their product, process, cost,
timeframe etc. the windows were custom made for my house. The install was done in one day by a very professional team of two. Jesse James (yep) ensured that the floors around the windows were covered to protect the surface inside and out. When they finished they removed the tarps and vacuumed the floors! One widow was not quite right so they had a new one made and Jesse came back out to finish in about a week. Very professional, respectful of the house, AND the windows are guaranteed for life.. EXTREMELY happy with the windows and the install team.
Hi Gary, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your wonderful experience with us.
It's fantastic to hear that from the initial consultation with Kaleb to the final installation, the process was professional and respectful. We'll be sure to share your high praise with Jesse James and the rest of the installation team. Our teams take great pride in their craftsmanship and in caring for our customers' homes, so we're glad to know they handled the cleanup and the window remake so smoothly for you.
Knowing you are extremely happy with your new windows—and can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our lifetime warranty—is the best feedback we can receive.
When you’re ready for any future window or door projects, we’d be happy to help.

I contacted Jeff for an estimate. During the appointment he spent ample time introducing their products and the different options for each window. Our house has 28 windows and one patio door. He was very professional and at no time did we feel pressured to choose Hometime Windows. After measuring the windows he sent us a detailed estimate.
Once we decided to move forward with the installation, Jeff gave us an installation date and told us that it will take about three days. Two members of the installation crew, Jesse and James, came about a week later and did a precise measurement of all the windows.
Hometime Windows started the installation on the promised day. The installation crew, Jesse, James, and Daniel were professional, meticulous, and well organized. They showed up on time and cleaned up before they left each day. They finished the entire project in 2 1/2 days.
We are very happy with the product, installation, and work crew. Great Job! We highly recommend Hometime Windows.
Hi Amer,

We especially appreciate you highlighting the crew's meticulous work, organization, and how they kept your home clean each day.
We will be sure to pass your kind words along to Jeff, Jesse, James, and Daniel. They will be delighted to hear your feedback. Our team takes great pride in delivering a respectful and well-organized experience for every homeowner, and your project is a perfect example of that commitment.

Daniel, Jesse, and James were extremely professional during the installation, even with me herding three cats between the different rooms being worked on.
There was a minor mistake with the installation of the auto shades, but Hometime made an appointment for me had had a person come out to repair the issue.
It’s been a month since the install and there have not been any further issues.
Hi Andrea,
