Our service line ruptured. Looked at reviews for local plumbing in the area and called Hometown. They responded right away, sent someone over within 30 min. Tim arrived and was professional and courteous. He went right to work, explained why the line burst (last plumber used the incorrect fitting) and made the repair. Will definitely use them again.
Our water line was broken. Tim got there within an hour of my call and got the line fixed quickly.
Very professional. Their emphasis was doing the right thing. We had issues in septic from original installation. They fixed it.
3rd time I’ve had Hometown out to my house. Three different service needs. This time the septic cleaned and serviced. I hadn’t had anything done to it in over 25 years. Great employees. Knowledgeable and courteous. Will continue to recommend them to others.

We used this plumbing company over the summer to fix our water line, and they did a great job. Today we had another leak, so we contacted them again. They responded right away and were able to come out immediately. They quickly found where the leak was and fixed it on the spot. Communication was fast, service was efficient, and the work was done cleanly. We really appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Highly recommend!
