Very professional. Their emphasis was doing the right thing. We had issues in septic from original installation. They fixed it.

3rd time I’ve had Hometown out to my house. Three different service needs. This time the septic cleaned and serviced. I hadn’t had anything done to it in over 25 years. Great employees. Knowledgeable and courteous. Will continue to recommend them to others.

Hometown was very quick to address our leaking water line, by arriving the next business day. Their prices were reasonable and they even helped us get a toilet working properly at no extra charge.

Cody contacted me promptly after my inquiry, and offered to come out the next day. We had a blowout on our main supply line to the house. I called Tim and he and Steve came out, found the problem and made the needed repairs to restore our water supply to the house. This is the second time I've called Hometown and again they were prompt, professional and provided great service and piece of mind.

These guys are great! Could have sold me stuff I did not need to have done. Instead, spent a lot of time on a very cold day trying to help me solve a problem. Cannot say enough good things.

Always prompt and professional with very competitive pricing. Also Tim and his crew are not afraid to tackle a challenging or complex job!!
