Steve is a true professional. Having inspected my house many times now, he is extremely efficient while being thorough -- always taking the extra measure to ensure problems are addressed promptly!
On time, very professional and concise and did more that I asked him to do. He discovered a whole nest of wasps and dedicated his time to locate the origin. Outstanding person
James throughly inspected our property, giving us peace of mind. He was very professional and friendly.
Ronell is simply the greatest. Horizon is lucky to have him work for their company. He takes his job seriously and ensures the house is safe from insects and rodents and goes above and beyond. Impressive and such a great guy as well.
Mike called to say he was on the way. He located the hive and treated it. Mike explained the process with the treatments and advised that the season would end soon and to keep a watch on it and call if problem continues.
Mike Egan did a thorough job, he explained all his actions at the house today. He also gave me tips as to what to do if ants keep showing up. Thank You Mike!
