I have used Horizon Pest Control for several years now, today my contractor found an issue. I called Horizon, they were able to send a technician. Steven is familiar with my home, conscientious and extremely thorough. Thank you all who made this happen.

Outstanding service - quick an clean

Tech spends most of his time in his truck. I assume they have a set time they have to show on the property but not actually work. Doesn’t do anything in my house like I ask. Spends about 1 minute in my basement where I have issues. I cancelled my service because I can do better.

Our technician, Mr. T, did an excellent & thorough job. He spent time explaining the purpose of pest control strategies used in addition to treating problem areas and identifying potential structural issues which might be contributing factors. I was told Chance would come after 2pm so I took the afternoon off and when I got to my house he was already done 2 hours prior so he couldn’t spray inside. Not sure what he did outside. Not sure why they told me he would come after 2pm. Hard to rate when I wasn’t there!

As usual Michael has been great to work with. He always shows up when expected and explains what he is doing and goes above and beyond to address our needs. This time we had a bees nest behind a very hard to get outdoor light and he worked the problem unit he was able to resolve it!

The technician arrived at the early end of the window and was very pleasant and informative. He fully explained the process and answered all my questions thoroughly and in “laymans” terms. He also pointed out some issues we have with wood rot that could lead to other pest issues down the line.

The technician throughly explained the process. He was very professional and pleasant. I have not seen any ants since the application. I highly recommend Horizon.
