Skunk infestation, had trouble with over billing and traps that were too big for the target nuisance animals. Couldn’t get them to provide smaller traps. Caught only one because I triggered trap myself.

Hired Horizon for bats exclusion. I am impressed with their professionalism. Seems to be a very well managed and well run organization. Should be a couple of weeks before I am sure the bat exclusion is successful, but I feel confident in the how they've handled my situation so far.
