Been using for years through multiple properties, their routine maintenance leaves the house bug and rodent free....for the most part. Every now and then a special 1 off situation...and let me tell you about Carlos.... When lesser men flee from danger, Carlos dons his armor and advances straight into the jaws of…
Great service with a smile, always on time, thorough and would highly recommend Horizon and Roe. Row was great, personable and professional.
Tech spends most of his time in his truck. I assume they have a set time they have to show on the property but not actually work. Doesn’t do anything in my house like I ask. Spends about 1 minute in my basement where I have issues. I cancelled my service because I can do better.
Dominick is also very thorough, friendly, and on-time. We have used Horizon for over twenty years and have always been very pleased.
Professional job. Thx!
Tyler did a nice job. Explained himself well and gave me good advice on what to look for and what to expect.

On time. Knowledgeable.
He was efficient and coveted the bases, but he also cleaned up a nasty mess of a wasp’s nest, leaving the area neat and clean..
In discussion with Horizon Pest Control, prior to agreeing to proposal, it was my understanding that the Wasp / Yellow Jacket nest being constructed would be removed. I sent 2 pictures to your company showing that nest was underneath the roof soffit near the chimney. We discussed, prior to the receiving the…

The technician was on time, professional, knowledgable and thorough. He told us what he was doing and why. He was mindful that we have pets - which is a must in our house. We look forward to working with Horizon going forward. Great experience all around.
Arrived early and provided excellent service! We have been on a quarterly service plan with Horizon for several years now. Our home is free of pests and rodents and any issues (like yellowjackets making a home in our dryer vent!!) are swiftly and professionally taken care of.

Deanna is excellent! Professional, helpful, and efficient service. Thank you Horizon!
We are extremely grateful for Sergio’s work. He took care of a rather large wasp’s nest (about 20 ft high and attached to our house), sprayed inside and out for other pests, and gave me a full briefing on pet care afterwards. This is important because we have a new puppy who needs to go outside a lot. Thank you for…
