Great service with a smile, always on time, thorough and would highly recommend Horizon and Roe. Row was great, personable and professional.

Tech spends most of his time in his truck. I assume they have a set time they have to show on the property but not actually work. Doesn’t do anything in my house like I ask. Spends about 1 minute in my basement where I have issues. I cancelled my service because I can do better.

Dominick is also very thorough, friendly, and on-time. We have used Horizon for over twenty years and have always been very pleased.

Arrived early and provided excellent service! We have been on a quarterly service plan with Horizon for several years now. Our home is free of pests and rodents and any issues (like yellowjackets making a home in our dryer vent!!) are swiftly and professionally taken care of.

The service person, Dominick, was very prompt, very knowledgable, extremely hard worker. It was an infestation of yellow jackets. The worst kind of bees! He advised waiting 2 weeks to go near the area and if there were any problems to call. His help is very much appreciated in such a scary situation.

Sergio was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what he was doing and what to expect. He was great!

Chris wore the spacesuit to treat for two wasp nests. They arrived in a timely fashion, performed the treatment and left promptly. He advised me to give them another call if we detect wasps in the living area, as this is commonly observed. Cost was nada, as it was covered under my annual contract.

These guys are great! Jeff just came out to help us with a nest of yellow jackets. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough! It was a fantastic experience. The prices are good, and they don't try to force a contract on you. I will strongly recommend them going forward.

Friendly service. This treatment was for remediation of bees that have entered the house. Cost of emergency services is included in the contract.

Joe showed up precisely on time, identified the location of one nest and pointed out another we had missed, and dealt with those two nests as well as carpenter bees. Answered our questions about how to prevent them from coming back and was clear about calling if the treatment didn’t solve the problem.

We have had Kevin and Joe as techs. Both of them are terrific. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They are both thorough and attentive to their job and excellent at explanations of what they are using and how it will work as well as identifying the pest du jour!

Nice thorough job removing a paper wasp nest. Warned that wasps might remain for up to a week, but actually they were completely gone within a day.

Shaheym arrived on time and was polite and knowledgeable about carpenter bees and ants. He double checked with headquarters to check on specific location of insects.

Sal F is the most reliant person in Horizon. He is more action and less wasting time. So sincere to his work and passionate about his clients.
