Dominic was absolutely the best! Extremely knowledgeable super friendly all around great experience!
Tech spends most of his time in his truck. I assume they have a set time they have to show on the property but not actually work. Doesn’t do anything in my house like I ask. Spends about 1 minute in my basement where I have issues. I cancelled my service because I can do better.
Our technician, Mr. T, did an excellent & thorough job. He spent time explaining the purpose of pest control strategies used in addition to treating problem areas and identifying potential structural issues which might be contributing factors. We would highly recommend him and Horizon for the excellent quality of service provided.

Good service seems to have eliminated mice activity in the house.
He sprayed the outside of my house, but someone was home and he did not offer to come into the basement. I’m kind of disappointed that I wasn’t here. Typically, if someone is here, they come in and do the basement as well

Also, he did an outstanding job on the outside of the house and did not leave anything visibly open for any mouse to get in!! Thanks so much Timothy!!
