Our technician, Mr. T, did an excellent & thorough job. He spent time explaining the purpose of pest control strategies used in addition to treating problem areas and identifying potential structural issues which might be contributing factors. We would highly recommend him and Horizon for the excellent quality of service provided.

The service is always good if I ever see ants or spider in between appointments I call and someone comes that same day. The person is always courteous and always covers his shoes with booties when entering the house. I would recommend Horizon .

Great service. Feels like I imagine it used to be dealing with service companies in the 50s when everyone knew each other and was friendly. Jamie has known us for all of 15 minutes over visits and yet remembered about our daughter and was so pleasant to work with. It felt like an old friend.
