I unfortunately need to update my review. While a muti-tool is great for breaking the glazing bond, used too quickly, the blade can drift from its intended path. So, I now have damage from where the tool cut across the vinyl frame. Too bad, the team was nice enough to deal with. I didn’t notice it until 2 days later. Slow down a bit and avoid this.
