Marlena was fantastic. Explained everything and the video of my vehicle inspection was awesome.

My CX-30 wouldn't start and had to be towed to the nearest Mazda. They were very polite, professional, and quick. They really took care of me during a stressful time and in an emergency (meaning no warning) situation. The location is easy to find and near shopping and restaurants.

I always get wonderful service when I take my car to Horne Mazda. I always feel like a value me as a customer.

Used Mazda app to schedule service without any issue. Only minor complaint is one item on the Mazda Required Maintenance package list wasn't done, Lubricate All Locks & Hinges.

Christian Munoz went above and beyond with his excellent customer service when I brought my car in. He is truly the best. I noticed my car was listed as a pre-owned (it isn't) and he did everything to get the contract changed so that the repairs I need are covered. Kudos to him.

It was a very bad experience. They replaced my car part with another customers car part and I did not find this out until I was home. When I called and took my car back they corrected this, however did not seem to care about the situation or wasted time. Left Cardinale Mazda due to a bad experience and came to Horne Mazda. Everyone was so nice and went out of there way for us. Horne has earned a new customer for life. I will be buying my next car from Horne for sure.
