My CX-30 wouldn't start and had to be towed to the nearest Mazda. They were very polite, professional, and quick. They really took care of me during a stressful time and in an emergency (meaning no warning) situation. The location is easy to find and near shopping and restaurants.

Christian Munoz went above and beyond with his excellent customer service when I brought my car in. He is truly the best. I noticed my car was listed as a pre-owned (it isn't) and he did everything to get the contract changed so that the repairs I need are covered. Kudos to him.

It was a very bad experience. They replaced my car part with another customers car part and I did not find this out until I was home. Service was good. My husband wished there were donuts. But they didn’t let me know when the car was done and I had to ask about it once I saw it sitting on the drive.
I had a routine oil change and tire rotation due and it was very painless! I was immediately offered water when I came into the dealership and the whole process took only about an hour and a half. Back in September I took my car in to get the computer update cause my screen was “ghosting” they told me my car wouldn’t take the update and had to order a part to fix it.
