I brought my vehicle to Horne Mazda to have a hitch installed before my upcoming move. When my vehicle was returned, the infotainment screen had been damaged. No one informed me of the damage, I discovered it myself. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that this type of damage “just happens” with my…
I brought my Vehicle here for warning lights for the mild hybrid system and the iStop function malfunction, and engine malfunction. I dropped it off on Monday 7a.m. right when the service department opened. After the take in inspection my vehilce has just been sitting in the same spot for two days. Today will be…
I'd like to thank my service advisor, Josh Ballard. He sat down and explained what the inspection showed and answered my questions. Nicest guy I've met so far since I was able to understand what I needed. Best service advisor I've gotten at Horne Mazda!
Excellent service as always.
Excellent service better than I ever had at a dealer or any other place. When they say it will be an hour, but done earlier. Excellent knowledge of product and services
Service was good. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
Wonderful service
Marlena was fantastic. Explained everything and the video of my vehicle inspection was awesome.
My CX-30 wouldn't start and had to be towed to the nearest Mazda. They were very polite, professional, and quick. They really took care of me during a stressful time and in an emergency (meaning no warning) situation. The location is easy to find and near shopping and restaurants.
I always get wonderful service when I take my car to Horne Mazda. I always feel like a value me as a customer.
Used Mazda app to schedule service without any issue. Only minor complaint is one item on the Mazda Required Maintenance package list wasn't done, Lubricate All Locks & Hinges.
Efficient and courteous.
I was taken care for very well and promptly and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for that!😁
Christian Munoz went above and beyond with his excellent customer service when I brought my car in. He is truly the best. I noticed my car was listed as a pre-owned (it isn't) and he did everything to get the contract changed so that the repairs I need are covered. Kudos to him.
Cristian was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable regarding service I needed. Felt very well taken care of
Me parece muy buen servicio en general 👍
Excellent and very detailed customer service. My 2nd time having my vehicle serviced at Horne Mazda and am very pleased with their professionalism and assistance in repairs needed. Best part is that I was not haggled by any sales personnel trying to convince me to purchase a new vehicle. I appreciate that very much…
It was a very bad experience. They replaced my car part with another customers car part and I did not find this out until I was home. When I called and took my car back they corrected this, however did not seem to care about the situation or wasted time. I spent $1500 for the service and now I was also 2 hours out…
Left Cardinale Mazda due to a bad experience and came to Horne Mazda. Everyone was so nice and went out of there way for us. Horne has earned a new customer for life. I will be buying my next car from Horne for sure.
I went online and made an appointment for my first new car oil change, but when I got there, they said they couldn’t locate the appointment, and had no record of it. However, they scheduled me in anyway. I was really appreciative that they did . They sent me a video of the process and everything was very simple. In…
Great all around service when we purchased a new car! In fact we went to just look at cars and ended up buying without pressure ! The entire staff, John Rodriguez, Nick Nicholas and Dave Potts were outstanding. We will definitely buy our next car there! S.Mitchell
They did all the service needed to my car and finish in a timely manner.
On time and great service
I loved the video to show you the examination of the vehicle. Great idea!
Absolutely wonderful customer service. My experience in a whole was so easy on my part. We have already recommended Horne Mazda to others.
Everyone was Awesome. Courteous, Patient, Attentive and Friendly/Professional. The Loaner really helped me be able to handle my biz while my car was being serviced. Once again, my experience was "5⭐️".
Nice customer service, inspection and video.
The service rep, Joseph, and his mechanic were awesome! They were extremely fast, thorough, and communicative. Perfect customer service.
Shawn at Horne Mazda service department was extremely helpful with setting up my vehicle for maintenance. I was given a great loaner car while my car was in the shop for about half a day. I would recommend the service department to anyone. I will be completing all of my vehicle needs at Horne Mazda from now on.
I love that they send out the video of your car when performing maintenance
Service was good. My husband wished there were donuts. But they didn’t let me know when the car was done and I had to ask about it once I saw it sitting on the drive.
I had a routine oil change and tire rotation due and it was very painless! I was immediately offered water when I came into the dealership and the whole process took only about an hour and a half. All the details of the inspection were gone over with me and I was very happy to hear my car was in excellent shape!…
Liked the video inspection.
Reliable service done by reliable people. Friendly staff that didn't try to push unnecessary work on me.
Absolutely love the inspection video of the car and the digital estimate to approve online.
Brought my daughters car in to be looked at and repaired. Horne Mazda was great and our service tech Joseph was absolutely amazing!! Definitely recommend taking your Mazda in and ask for Joseph! They’ll treat you right!
Better experience this time. Service has improved sooooo much
The company provided excellent service and kept me posted on the progress.
Great customer service, very polite and customer friendly. No upselling, just honest information and recommendations!
Everything was great. From Our service, advisor, Maria, the Mechanic with the video and the guy washing the car. Great job!!
Everyone was so professional and friendly at Horne Mazda. We especially liked the new video text that showed what was happening with our car and any repairs suggestions that they had. Great experience!
Not a very good experience at this dealership. Back in September I took my car in to get the computer update cause my screen was “ghosting” they told me my car wouldn’t take the update and had to order a part to fix it. I drove around for almost a month with no radio or back up camera. Didn’t complain about the part…
Excellent services!
