I had a great experience and my vehicle was well taken care of. At first there was a problem finding info for my car, but Christian Munoz went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this dealership and Christian Munoz. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and great service!

Reps (Christian & Maria) are always very friendly and greet me with a smile , and a bill once my vehicle has been serviced (smile)…they are always personable and respectful. Glad yo work with them

I like how they video taped the inspection and sent to me with recommendations.

Used Mazda app to schedule service without any issue. Only minor complaint is one item on the Mazda Required Maintenance package list wasn't done, Lubricate All Locks & Hinges.

I took my vehicle in for a routine auto maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and super-helpful! The service was quick but very detailed, and I received a video at the end outlining the work performed on my car. Will definitely recommend! Thanks to the team at service/repairs! They were on time, didn’t have to wait in a long line, got the work done and moved on with my day. They answered the questions I had and were friendly and knowledgeable with the answers.

Really enjoy the videos of the mechanic working on the car and letting us know what problems there are or will be. The service advisor Joseph Padilla was very helpful and his customer service was amazing. Honestly I don’t think I ever had that service years before when I had my old Mazda.

They were professional, knowledgeable and timely

In and out in half an hour on oil change/tire rotation, with a video of the inspection of brakes, tire tread, etc.

Everyone was Awesome. Courteous, Patient, Attentive and Friendly/Professional. The Loaner really helped me be able to handle my biz while my car was being serviced. Once again, my experience was "5⭐️".

Shawn at Horne Mazda service department was extremely helpful with setting up my vehicle for maintenance. I was given a great loaner car while my car was in the shop for about half a day. I would recommend the service department to anyone. I will be completing all of my vehicle needs at Horne Mazda from now on.

They did not replace cover for oil and it was not attached properly and had to come back the next day when noticed. Very upset

I was checked in quickly and received status text messages and a video showing the inside and underneath of my car. Love the video!

All in all this went well. It’s weird when there own employees are not aware of service specials that are on their website! I told them about their service special and there like ok I’ll have to check with my manager!
