I'd like to thank my service advisor, Josh Ballard. He sat down and explained what the inspection showed and answered my questions. Nicest guy I've met so far since I was able to understand what I needed. Best service advisor I've gotten at Horne Mazda!

Excellent service. Staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend getting a car serviced at this dealership.
My first visit to Horne Mazda for a battery replacement was professional and friendly.
Everything was great, service guy was informative, professional and friendly. Best experience at a dealership so far. Was quick and efficient
Nice dealership. Great service, very friendly.
Efficient, timely, friendly service provided with short notice.
I forgot my credit card(senior moment I guess) and they allowed me to call my husband and give them the credit card number over the phone. Thank you.
Horne mazda service always goes out of their way to give us amazing service.
Everyone at Mazda is really nice and helpful. Thanks!
Professional, quick, thorough, friendly and a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend!
Excellent service better than I ever had at a dealer or any other place. When they say it will be an hour, but done earlier. Excellent knowledge of product and services

Marlena was awesome! The mechanic that did the maintenance on my CX-30 did a great job! Thank You

In for oil change tire rotation. In & out 1:15.
Quickly done at a reasonable cost with excellent evaluation of vehicle as well as service Marlena and Elijah did a great job
They were fast and provided a video of my car and all the details and they washed it when they were finished. Great experience.
Routine maintenance went well but I was disappointed with the rear taillight diagnostic and subsequent estimate.
Marlena greeted and facilitated our visit with ease.
Excellent service
Great service, very friendly staff!!
Good team very good work
Wonderful service
Marlena was fantastic. Explained everything and the video of my vehicle inspection was awesome.
Services was great and very professional
I had a great experience and my vehicle was well taken care of. At first there was a problem finding info for my car, but Christian Munoz went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this dealership and Christian Munoz. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and great service!
Reps (Christian & Maria) are always very friendly and greet me with a smile , and a bill once my vehicle has been serviced (smile)…they are always personable and respectful. Glad yo work with them
I like how they video taped the inspection and sent to me with recommendations.
Used Mazda app to schedule service without any issue. Only minor complaint is one item on the Mazda Required Maintenance package list wasn't done, Lubricate All Locks & Hinges.
Work was fast and very professional. I'll be back!
Team is great friendly, fast and thorough.
First time to use them and was easy to get an appointment and was kept up to date and was clean when picked up
Cristian was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable regarding service I needed. Felt very well taken care of
Me parece muy buen servicio en general 👍
I was greeted upon arrival and the waiting room is clean.
Video inspection was great to have! Quick and friendly service!
Very professional, approached me in the drive aisle when I arrived, physically went over the car in front of me, explained the services, texted and verbally went over inspection results and recommended repairs, tech performed service in a timely manner, all this done with a smile and pleasant attitude - not…
Great service as always! Thank you Horne Mazda.
Anthonie was super nice. I asked a million questions about my car and he was happy to answer all of them he didn’t seem bothered at all! Thank you for the great customer service.
I pass up multiple other Mazda dealerships to come to this Mazda dealership location because the service is always great and they always take great care with my car service.
Great all around service when we purchased a new car! In fact we went to just look at cars and ended up buying without pressure ! The entire staff, John Rodriguez, Nick Nicholas and Dave Potts were outstanding. We will definitely buy our next car there! S.Mitchell
I took my vehicle in for a routine auto maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and super-helpful! The service was quick but very detailed, and I received a video at the end outlining the work performed on my car. Will definitely recommend! Thanks to the team at service/repairs! I enjoyed their business and will be back again.

Excellent customer service
Car looks great and runs great!
Fixed door handle
They were on time, didn’t have to wait in a long line, got the work done and moved on with my day. They answered the questions I had and were friendly and knowledgeable with the answers.
Really enjoy the videos of the mechanic working on the car and letting us know what problems there are or will be. The service advisor Joseph Padilla was very helpful and his customer service was amazing. Honestly I don’t think I ever had that service years before when I had my old Mazda.
They always do a amazing job and are friendly and professional.
Horne Mazda Avondale is currently under construction. Finding the service center was not hard. Once there I waited for one of the service personnel to assist me. There was another gentleman sitting at the service counter but he never looked up or acknowledged me. Once the other service personnel returned she helped…
They were professional, knowledgeable and timely
In and out in half an hour on oil change/tire rotation, with a video of the inspection of brakes, tire tread, etc.
Everyone was Awesome. Courteous, Patient, Attentive and Friendly/Professional. The Loaner really helped me be able to handle my biz while my car was being serviced. Once again, my experience was "5⭐️".
Nice customer service, inspection and video.
Shawn at Horne Mazda service department was extremely helpful with setting up my vehicle for maintenance. I was given a great loaner car while my car was in the shop for about half a day. I would recommend the service department to anyone. I will be completing all of my vehicle needs at Horne Mazda from now on.
They did not replace cover for oil and it was not attached properly and had to come back the next day when noticed. Very upset
I was checked in quickly and received status text messages and a video showing the inside and underneath of my car. Love the video!
My dash lights suddenly all came on, and my speedometer stopped functioning, all while driving. I scheduled my appointment online, and my appointment was kept on time. I described my problems, was given a loaner, and sent on my way. During repairs, additional issues were found. I received a text with a link to…
All in all this went well. It’s weird when there own employees are not aware of service specials that are on their website! I told them about their service special and there like ok I’ll have to check with my manager!
Service was good. My husband wished there were donuts. But they didn’t let me know when the car was done and I had to ask about it once I saw it sitting on the drive.
Service was excellent, but waited almost an hour longer than I was told it would take.
Reliable service done by reliable people. Friendly staff that didn't try to push unnecessary work on me.
Absolutely love the inspection video of the car and the digital estimate to approve online.
Brought my daughters car in to be looked at and repaired. Horne Mazda was great and our service tech Joseph was absolutely amazing!! Definitely recommend taking your Mazda in and ask for Joseph! They’ll treat you right!
First time having a video review of my car. Was able to actually see and hear what was going on with my vehicle
The service was excellent from start to finish. The update videos provided helpful information on the status of the vehicle.
Great customer service, very polite and customer friendly. No upselling, just honest information and recommendations!
Professional and polite
Great customer service and fast service. They keep you updated the whole time.
They were very polite and efficient. The only downside was that they left my back passenger window slightly open during the car wash and didn't tell me. I really didn't appreciate that they didn't even tell me.
All went well
They did the work in 1 hour, gave me a video of the inspection and washed the car.
The service was thorough and quick and I even got a video of my vehicle and the tech walking through what had been done. Excellent service!
Everyone was so professional and friendly at Horne Mazda. We especially liked the new video text that showed what was happening with our car and any repairs suggestions that they had. Great experience!
Garrett was Great!
