Shawn at Horne Mazda service department was extremely helpful with setting up my vehicle for maintenance. I was given a great loaner car while my car was in the shop for about half a day. I would recommend the service department to anyone. I will be completing all of my vehicle needs at Horne Mazda from now on.
They did not replace cover for oil and it was not attached properly and had to come back the next day when noticed. Very upset

All in all this went well. It’s weird when there own employees are not aware of service specials that are on their website! I told them about their service special and there like ok I’ll have to check with my manager!
Service was good. My husband wished there were donuts. But they didn’t let me know when the car was done and I had to ask about it once I saw it sitting on the drive.
