Reviewers highlight the facility's cleanliness, friendly staff, and 24/7 access to varied sauna and HIIT workouts. Customers appreciate the affordable pricing, flexible class schedules, and provision of gear. However, low-star reviews cite unprofessional interactions during sign-ups and cancellations, specifically noting rude staff behavior and unexpected recurring charges after membership termination.

I was switching over main gyms and the GM Isayah was absolutely incredible. He was really accommodating and helpful. The facility is super clean and organized you can tell they take pride in this studio. Happy to have this be my new home location!
Looove this place!!! My wife and I were looking for a new way to workout. We wanted something affordable, flexible and for me, would help improve my flexibility, cardio and strength all while lowering my risk of hurting myself. I always start at the gym doing well but usually end up skipping warmups or cool down…
Melaney and isaiah were very helpful and kind helping my wife and I setting up our gym membership super professional
More spacious than other hotworx gyms & the vending machine is definitely top tier! So many options to choose from.
The entire place looks clean and welcoming. They even provide yoga mats, towels and gear/clothing. I also found out if you forget your mat and towel, you can always rent one for $5.00.

Looove this place!!! My wife and I were looking for a new way to workout. We wanted something affordable, flexible and for me, would help improve my flexibility, cardio and strength all while lowering my risk of hurting myself. I always start at the gym doing well but usually end up skipping warmups or cool down stretching or doing the same workout routine over and over OR lifting to heavy and hurting myself…. OR ALL the above LOL This hits everything I needed!!!! The workouts always include a warm up, cool down, use body weight for strength, have multiple HIIT workouts that vary depending on the time you get there. Which is the best part… you can go 24/7 with a price under 100.00 for both of us total!!! The staff is also quite amazing!! They always great with a smile, get to know you pretty quick and are always so helpful!! Love this place!!

I recently visited this location to check it out before committing to a membership, but the experience was completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The owner let me in, but shortly after, an employee named Kaleigh—who I’ve had prior issues with—made a huge scene, loudly stating, “She can’t be here.” I DID NOT know she worked here prior to this incident. Instead of handling the situation discreetly, both the owner and the manager , Kaylee, started questioning me about personal matters related to my past with Kaleigh. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Despite this uncomfortable experience, the owner instructed me to book my free session online. However, when I later called to add a friend, I was suddenly informed that I was not allowed there at all. What if I had just shown up for my session? Would they have turned me away after I drove all the way there? The way this was handled feels like blatant discrimination. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming environment.
We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. It's our aim to provide a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors. We take your feedback seriously and will address this internally to ensure it doesn't happen again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
Love this place, the people are super friendly, very welcoming atmosphere, truly enjoy all of the health benefits I receive from the infrared sauna and the workouts.
