My Frenchie LOVES Hounds Town. She's always super excited when she realizes that she's going to daycare. The staff are so friendly and know all of the dogs by name. I can't recommend this doggo daycare enough.
My pup loves going to Hounds Town Metuchen!! So far she has done 2 day trips and an overnight and had a blast! I love the pictures so I can see my girl having a great time! I know my pup is in excellent hands!
My 3 dogs stayed there for 17 days. They had a wonderful time. Was able to see pics every day.
They are great and so accommodating. Lola loves it there
Clean friendly and accommodating!
We are so glad we found Hounds Town! Our now senior dog Millie has been going here for years and we have had nothing but positive experiences despite our girl being temperamental around other dogs. She gets lots of one on one love and attention in lieu of group play. The yearly membership is a great deal as we…
I rarely leave negative reviews, which makes writing this especially disappointing. We have previously had positive experiences with both this Hounds Town location and another Hounds Town location, which is why this experience was so surprising. My concern is less about what happened during my dog’s stay and more…
absolutely LOVE HOUNDS TOWN -METUCHEN. MY DOG IS ALWAYS HAPPY to go there for puppy daycare. She happily goes in and is just as happy up st pickup comes out as happy. The entire staff is so loving to the pups and wonderfully hospitable to the pet parents. The facility is like a wonderland for doggies. Also try their smell-good pup-grooming!!
Update: I can't stress enough how nice it is to have a reliable place to leave my furry family members. My pups and I love this place! Everyone is so awesome. I know that my pups are cared for and they have fun playing with the other dogs. I’ve done overnight boarding and daycare and have had wonderful experiences…
My dogs love coming here for boarding and daycare. The facility is extremely clean and the staff takes incredible care of the dogs. Would highly recommend !
I love bringing my dogs here for the monthly parties. They get to socialize with other dogs. The staff are all so friendly and great with my boys.
I am glad I waited to write this review. I brought my dog Cobalt there since July. He went one to two times a week. Since the eval I asked for clarity if my dog caused any problems so I can continue to help and make his training more consistent if needed. Every day he went they would tell me he was fine. I asked why…
Hounds Town in Metuchen takes outstanding, professional care of my dog. The highly trained staff provides a protective, joyful pet experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Hounds Town Metuchen. Our dog Pearl stayed there over Thanksgiving break, and was well taken care of during her stay. It gave us great peace of mind knowing she was in such a safe and caring environment while we were away. Before she left, they gave her a bath. One of my favorite…
Great place to leave your dog for a day or a week.very friendly.
Hounds Town is the best!! My dog is so excited everything he gets to come play - I’d bring him every day if I could. Paw-ty days are my absolutely favorite; they post the cutest pictures and give the best treats!
Amazing daycare and boarding! My pup absolutely loves this place—she gets excited as soon as we arrive and never wants to leave. The staff is caring, patient, and truly understands dogs. I’ve seen such a positive change in her; she has become more friendly, confident, and social. I completely trust this facility and…
Day 1 I was scared because Wolfie hasn’t interacted with othher dogs. He had a ball. Today is day 2 and he flew out the car heading to the door. I guess it’s safe to say, HE LOVES IT!!! ❤️ 1 has now become 2. My 2 are so stinking rotten and Hounds Town encourages it. They love on them, treat them as if my 2 are…
The only place I will leave my Emmett! They take great care of my baby and they communicate well. The staff genuinely gets excited to see each dog enter. When I drop my Emmett off he never looks back. I am so grateful to have Hounds Town as a resource for daycare, boarding and baths!!!
We have used Hounds Town Metuchen for daycare , boarding and grooming services. The staff is great and our black lab Marshall has a blast every visit.
They were very professional and were understanding of a situation that led to a last minute cancellation. My dog loves going!

The staff and management are incredible!! We board our Stella girl there occasionally for vacations that she can't join us on. The personal care and attention they give are so appreciated. Stella has so much fun there and always comes home smelling super fresh after her departing bath. I would recommend HoundsTown…
My Buddy Boy absolutely loves Hounds Town!! He gets to interact and play with so many paw-friends all day and after his pupcations he’s absolutely exhausted (which is a good thing)! I get to see photos of his day through Facebook which is the best part! He also gets to join in some of the fun photo-ops while there!…
We love Houndstown Metuchen! Our dog loves to go there for daycare and boarding. They take such good care of him. He’s happily tired out when he gets home. Most weeks we get him the spa treatment and he comes home clean, soft and fresh. We highly recommend bringing your dog here.
Our pup was well taken care of! B
We come from Staten Island to have our precious pup boarded at Hounds Town Metuchen. The facility is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is caring, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very responsive to e-mail and phone calls and adress all concerns and questions in a polite and sensitive manner.
Very happy with this dog day care.
My dogs went to hounds town Metuchen New Jersey. It was great place with caring people. I didn’t worry about them the 10 plus days they were there. They even gave my dog a birthday party. Willow and Bambi Dileo

Our elderly dog Max has stayed at Hounds Town overnight a few times. We are very happy with the care he received
Great place wonderful caring staff.
Tired dogs are happy dogs. So I know mine have had a good time when they come home and sleep 😃
Fantastic doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming! We recently moved to the area and needed to find a daycare spot for our 10yo chocolate lab. He's been going to doggy daycares since he was 6 months old, and loves the social interaction. He showed up his first day and it was like he was already a regular! The team is…
The first time my puppy was being bored he decided to eat a hair tie the day before we dropped him off. We told the staff what the doctor said to do and told me to have a good trip. The staff was beyond kind and kept checking up on him and let us know when the hair tie had passed through his system. They're very kind!!
we absolutely love hounds town because we can tell our dog is well cared for. When we drop him off, he’s always super excited to go, all of the employees know his name. He gets a warm welcome at the door. We get to see pictures on Facebook showing how he’s playing with all his friends, when we go on vacation, we…
