These housecleaning team is really great. I’ve hired them many times, but I’ve never seen a team work this fast and carefully. Girls cleaned everything so well, and my house looked better than I expected. I would definitely recommend them!
So happy
The ladies did a great job tackling our apartment after a rough patch of not being able to keep up with it. They were fast too! While a few tough spots remain they emphasized (and I agree) that a second pass would get those out. I’m definitely booking again when I need another reset (and I’m considering some sort…
I booked a deep cleaning post construction. Booking was easy. Excellent communication from beginning to end with several follow-up calls/texts. Excellent job throughout and satisfying. I will rebook and I am considering a regular service. Thank you.
Very communicative, excellent job cleaning, will be using House Keep Up for future rental turnover.
Curious to hear others’ thoughts—does $582.57 seem expensive for a deep clean of a 1,600 sq ft apartment (windows, baseboards, oven included), or is this standard pricing? My experience was just okay. From the initial pricing quote to the execution, it wasn’t what I expected. While my apartment did need a deep…
Jennifer and her team did a great job & we’re so accommodating to my timing issues. Would definitely use them again!
Jenifer’s team was fantastic! They deep cleaned my apartment and it felt like everything was brand new after they finished the cleaning. Will definitely be using them again!
This was the WORST cleaning I've ever had. I requested a deep cleaning. Two women came and "cleaned" for 30 minutes before saying they were done. I went around my apartment and asked them to re-clean many places multiple times. They were refuting me saying that nothing was dusty and it was just scratches - that is…
People were very professional and did a nice job.
Mely was wonderful! Arrived on time, very polite and sweet, and had great attention to detail. Left my apartment in beautiful condition. Will definitely be booking again!
Mely and her partner were very nice and did a wonderful job! They were quick and left my house feeling nice and clean; we definitely needed a reset!
Crew was on time, polite, courteous and did a great job on initial deep cleaning !!!
Mely and team did a great job with a deep cleaning of our home! We were very happy with the service.
We brought in the team to do a move in clean to our new home. The place has bird droppings, dust, cobwebs and several other things needing to be cleaned, and a lingering odor from the previous owners pets and smoke. Not only did the team do an excellent job cleaning the entire house, but they got every spec of dust,…
Very prompt, efficient, and thorough job; outstanding communication.
The cleaning crew work hard to clean the house. Very satisfied with customer service.
Thomas and his mother were super sweet and kind, worked quickly and my place has honestly never been cleaner. I’m so happy I decided to book with them, thank you!!
Overall, they did a pretty good job and I would use them again as well as recommend.
Today Thomas and Christine came and did a deep clean as part of a move in to our condo. They worked very hard and displayed pure professionalism. The condo was dirty due to the previous owner moving out and construction dust was all over from the remodeling we have done. Thomas and Christine got our place as…
They worked quickly and quietly and did a great job
Very professional. Cleaning waited until we returned to review cleaning and make sure we were happy which we were!
Excellent customer service. The cleaner was great she was professional and polite. My place looks different. Going to start using their service once a month...
Impressed with how much they accomplished in the time they were here.
Absolutely amazing! They cleaned our home and absolutely spotless. We'll for sure use them again.
The team did a fantastic job and my home is spotless! They paid attention to the tiniest details. I will continue to use their services and recommend them highly.
This was my first time using a service to clean my apartment. I was very impressed with the job they did. I didn't even realize how dirty things were until I saw them shining for the first time since I moved in. Entire cleaning took maybe 2 and half hours so not long at all. The only complaint I would have is I…
The two ladies did a AMAZING JOB on my house! It literally looks like new. They cleaned ALL day with no complaints (the house needed lots of love) and were so sweet. They were very honest too because they found money and just put it in a container for me. Very trustworthy!!! They have earned a customer for life! Not…
Frank and Javi did a fantastic job! Have used this company twice and and am very happy with the service and attention to detail. Will be hiring the team again!
This company does a fantastic job being transparent and communicating with you! My first time getting a cleaning service was a delight and I look forward to continuing business with House Keep Up
My husband and I are expecting our first baby soon, so we hired the House Keep Up team to do a deep clean on our apartment. They were very thorough, warm and friendly, and everything looked fantastic when they were done. We were able to request that they clean the kitchen blinds and the baseboards throughout the…
These ladies got right to work and cleaned to my satisfaction as I normally clean uo myself and I am detailed. 🙂 I look forward to using House Keep Up again in the near future. Also, they used necessary precautions due to Covid 19.
I had never used them before, so I was very nervous trying a new company. They put all my fears at ease!!! They immediately set up cleaning around my schedule; they took time to clean the house until it was IMMACULATE; and, every time I sent them a text/call, they immediately responded. They are extremely…
