These housecleaning team is really great. I’ve hired them many times, but I’ve never seen a team work this fast and carefully. Girls cleaned everything so well, and my house looked better than I expected. I would definitely recommend them!

The ladies did a great job tackling our apartment after a rough patch of not being able to keep up with it. They were fast too! While a few tough spots remain they emphasized (and I agree) that a second pass would get those out. I’m definitely booking again when I need another reset (and I’m considering some sort…

We had such a wonderful experience with House Keep Up! We hired them for a post-construction clean, and I truly could not be happier with how everything turned out. The house looks absolutely amazing and was left feeling spotless, fresh, and completely move-in ready. Joyce was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had to pivot our timing pretty last minute, and she and the team were so understanding, accommodating, and efficient. They made the entire process incredibly easy and were so thorough with every detail. I would absolutely recommend House Keep Up to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service. We are so impressed with the results and will definitely be using them again!
My husband and I hired this company to clean our new home that we purchased the day after closing. It had been sitting vacant for a few months and left in not great shape - nothing crazy but dust, cobwebs, pet hair, etc. from the previous owners. We booked a move in/deep clean with multiple add ons to really get the place in super clean condition before we moved in as we wanted to have a clean slate. The service in total after pre-added gratuity was over $1,000 - which I was more than happy to pay if the work had been done well. Unfortunately the team of cleaners that came out did a horrible job. They spent 5+ hours cleaning our home and I’m genuinely not sure what they spent those hours doing because upon their departure there were still cobwebs, areas of dirt and dust and many many places I could tell they didn’t even touch that were included in the cleaning. Kitchen cabinets, staircase bannisters, baseboards, closets, all neglected. This really shouldn’t have been that tough of a job since it was vacant and no crazy stains, rust or serious grime to take care of but they did an extremely lackluster job. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did refund me partially. Overall I would never hire this company again.

House Keep Up Chicago did a great job! The team was professional, friendly, and thorough. They left everything looking clean and fresh, and the service was easy to schedule. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable house cleaning!
They basically just cleaned the tops of things, didn’t hand wash the baseboards like I paid for. Didn’t clean any of the cabinets like I paid for. Absolutely do not waste your money. Not even sure if they cleaned the windows it looked like they just vacuumed and dusted and left.
Rosa and Krystyna are fabulous! They did a thorough job and worked quickly and efficiently. Cared to make sure the apartment was cleaned well and super friendly!
