Always top notch service. Mike, our technician, is terrific. And the rest of the staff is also excellent. Larry came out today and was excellent.
Josh was very professional and discussed the problem and suggested solutions. Polite, courteous and quick to respond to the problem.
My AC went out on the hottest of Aug days… Howald was able to squeeze me in the very next morning. Nelson was thorough and explained everything clearly.. and he even had to get up into a very tight small attic access with no complaints. We’ll definitely be looking into their services for our future needs.
Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure at all / just factual. Would 100% recommend.

We were initially quoted $10-11k for the work that One-Hour Heating & AC reccomended, but Dan was able to get everything fixed within in an hour for about $550 instead. Air conditioner was not cooling.Dan arrived very friendly and looked at furnace and thermostat and went to ac. Explained what he was looking for, and ran test. Showed me the problem quote a price . Installed new item and checked rest of ac. He was very professional and friendly. Would recommend to my friends and in family.
