As always a good job, professionally done
Brandon W was very thorough, sought out the problem, and then replaced the outside spigot at our request. A year ago Brandon replaced our water heater that was leaking and replaced a poorly installed bladder done by another company. He has also replaced bathroom faucets and drains for us. He’s a great guy and does a…
I will always use Howald until I'm worm food, and maybe even then to make my eternal resting place more comfortable.
Update to my previous review: January 2026: Still very pleased with the excellent service provided by Howald. Today they fixed our leaky kitchen faucet & replaced our old water filtration system with a new one we had bought elsewhere. The technician was on time & worked hard to finish the job efficiently. Highly…
Knowledgable and delightful.
Great service- knowledgeable, friendly highly efficient- this is my new “go to” team!!!!!!
Technician was prompt. The work was done to perfection and my basement was clean when job was completed. Larry hires the best people. That’s why I have been a loyal customer for years. Thank you very much.
We are very pleased with the service we always receive from Howald and from Larry Wright and Mike Patterson! They are a trusted resource for our family! Thank you very much!!
Howald’s has been taking care of my furnace/air conditioner and plumbing for around 10 years. They are great and I love their work ethic and friendly professionalism!! Thanks everyone!!!
Today's team members were efficient and friendly and informative. Always a positive experience!
truly professional, excellent quality plumber. Wont just fix some thing to make a buck. They’ll tell you honestly what needs to be done and why or why not. We’ve had them for years and very trustworthy
Ricky Nelson was great! He diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. He explained his work to us. Now we have a new outdoor faucet and new water shut-off valves.
We have needed Howald for 3 separate jobs and I've been impressed each time with workers, their knowledge base, and efficiency. All job estimates have also been accurate.
Arman installed a new water softener. The service went just as described in the estimate. He was punctual and efficient. Thanks Arman! Recently, Jason performed my A/C maintenance. As I expect from Howald, he was prompt and efficient. Thanks Jason!
Arman did a very good job installing a new sink and faucet, as I knew he would because I trust Howald to always deliver fine services. It's so comforting to know I can call on Howald and their skilled professionals to complete a project to my satisfaction.
Replaced old faucet and installed one I purchased. On time and finished as promised.
Howald and Brandon were great! They were able to fit me in quickly. Brandon did great work and was very professional and kind. Thank you!
Sam was amazing! We discussed all projects and I had a clear Understanding of the costs involved as well as the scope of the work. It was very reasonable! He also went above and beyond and checked my tub drain to see if I had small plumbing leak before he left. It was fine. highly recommend this company!
I have been using Howald to replace the systems in my almost 100 year old home - gas lines, water lines, basement sink, back-flow valve in basement, toilet, faucet and new HVAC. All team members have executed a well laid out plan (eliminating decades of extra pipes and nonsensical placements). They communicate…
As always, we called Howald first to address our plumbing issues. We had Howald Plumbing repair a leak and install two new faucets. The leak and faucets were minor compared to addressing the nightmare below the sink. Sam did his magic and brought order to chaos. The installation went without a hitch. We feel…
