For a non-emergency plumbing issue, I appreciate the opportunity to ask for advice before making an appointment. Appointments are easily scheduled; the technician's arrival is announced in a timely fashion and the work is done expertly and in a friendly manner, including checking pricing in advance and cleaning up after the work is done.
Howald is the best. Worked with them 15 years. Today was semi-annual maintenance.
We have been loyal customers of Larry Howald since he started his plumbing division. Will have to think about it in the future. The estimate stated 6 hour job and $1,300. The job actually took 2 1/2 hours and I asked for a “review” of the charges. I was told it was a fixed rate, not an hourly rate. Seems inconsistent.

Howald has provided consistently good plumbing services to my home over the years. I appreiate them. Most recently Sam helped me with a few issues. He is very knowledgable and does a great job.
Brandon installed a new bathroom faucet and shutoff valves for us. Our house is 60 years old and he was replacing some original plumbing. He was able to get everything done in under two hours. He’s been to our house a couple times now and he’s been great!
Our service guy was very kind, honest, let me order the part on Amazon and showed me how to simply install it and saved us a bunch of money. Love these guys!!!
