For a non-emergency plumbing issue, I appreciate the opportunity to ask for advice before making an appointment. Appointments are easily scheduled; the technician's arrival is announced in a timely fashion and the work is done expertly and in a friendly manner, including checking pricing in advance and cleaning up after the work is done.

Joe went over and above what was expected. He took down event for me that allowed me to wash it and he put it up tight so it wouldn’t rattle. I’ve always found Howald to be reliable, friendly and fair.
I’ve used Howald for over 15 years and they are reliable and honest. I recommend them. They installed my furnace, AC and water heater at my previous house. They are now doing a maintenance contract on my HVAC.
Larry was professional and had lots of fun talking with him. He took his time servicing my air conditioner and said all was good. I renewed my maintenance agreement to be ready for servicing in October. Very pleasant experience.

I will always use Howald until I'm worm food, and maybe even then to make my eternal resting place more comfortable.
