I had my problem diagnosed and today was the day they replaced the plumbing under my sink. They were on time, friendly and efficient. I’m very pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again and I thought the price was extremely reasonable.
Arman fixed the water problem and he was very professional and efficient! Explained exactly what he needed to do and completed the task at hand in record time! I highly recommend him and Howald for all things related to plumbing and heating!

We have had Daniel Core as our HVAC technician several times in a row. Without question he has been the most knowledgeable tech we've ever had. He's informative and actually educates us so that we fully understand the status of our equipment and what the future needs might look like for the equipment.
Joe went over and above what was expected. He took down event for me that allowed me to wash it and he put it up tight so it wouldn’t rattle. I’ve always found Howald to be reliable, friendly and fair.
The technician arrived on time. He was very quick in diagnosing the problem with my AC unit and even quicker the the repair. He was respectful of my home and he educated me about the problem and ways to prevent it in the future.

Howald is the best on the north side of Indy. They’ll take on anything from basic fixes to complex projects. Reasonable prices and always a professional job. Always a positive experience interacting with the service tech, leaving me with more knowledge on how to care for my own appliances and avoid future emergencies.

Joe was great. Arrived on time for A/C tuneup. He discovered that the blower fan was not working and personally picked up a new blower and installed it. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Great job.
HVAC was not heating up to the set temperature on a Saturday. Called Howald and Mike Williams arrived around 9:00 am. He promptly diagnosed the issue, made a repair and got us back running in about 45 minutes. He gave a clear explanation of the problem and how he fixed it. The service cost was not bad since we have the preventative maintenance plan.
