I had my problem diagnosed and today was the day they replaced the plumbing under my sink. They were on time, friendly and efficient. I’m very pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again and I thought the price was extremely reasonable.
Arman fixed the water problem and he was very professional and efficient! Explained exactly what he needed to do and completed the task at hand in record time! I highly recommend him and Howald for all things related to plumbing and heating!

We have had Daniel Core as our HVAC technician several times in a row. Without question he has been the most knowledgeable tech we've ever had. He's informative and actually educates us so that we fully understand the status of our equipment and what the future needs might look like for the equipment.
Joe went over and above what was expected. He took down event for me that allowed me to wash it and he put it up tight so it wouldn’t rattle. I’ve always found Howald to be reliable, friendly and fair.
The technician arrived on time. He was very quick in diagnosing the problem with my AC unit and even quicker the the repair. He was respectful of my home and he educated me about the problem and ways to prevent it in the future.

HVAC was not heating up to the set temperature on a Saturday. Called Howald and Mike Williams arrived around 9:00 am. He promptly diagnosed the issue, made a repair and got us back running in about 45 minutes. He gave a clear explanation of the problem and how he fixed it. The service cost was not bad since we have the preventative maintenance plan.

99 dollar service call. Gas valve and labor 1145.00. Total 1244.00. Gas valve probably 3-500 dollars. Not bad money for 2-2 1/2 hours labor. All HVAC companies need to be regulated by the state and not by their own group of owners.
Came very quickly when our furnace quit running. Explained everything as he went along and was able to give us some good advice about the use of the condensation pump on our furnace.

Called Howald to get a second opinion on some AC repair work. Able to do the same work for one third of the price I had been previously quoted at. James was extremely helpful and thorough. Explained everything and did a full assessment of the work required. Would use them again!
