We have used Howald for many years to service our HVAC system. They have always provided excellent service, and their personnel are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Today they installed a new water heater, and once again provided the same excellent service. I would highly recommend Howald!
The service tech Andrew was very efficient, knew what to do and corrected the problem in a timely manor. He was very polite and explained the problem.
Prompt and reliable. Good communicator. Clearly stated what he was going to do and later recapped the results of his work.
Tech was prompt and gave a 30 minute heads up. Was very professional and warm. Listen to what I needed done and priced it out ahead of time so there were no surprises. I will. E recommending to all my friends and family.

Dave Bennett repaired my furnace at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night with a few inches of snow on the ground, a winter storm expected and at the end of his 12-hour workday. He was able to get my furnace going until it could be replaced. Howald has provided excellent heating, AC & plumbing service to me for 13 years.

Our furnace stopped working this morning. Larry Wright from Howald was here by the afternoon and fixed the minor issue causing it to shut off. We appreciate the prompt help and the willingness to fix our old furnace and keep it going a little longer.
