We have used Howald for many years to service our HVAC system. They have always provided excellent service, and their personnel are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Today they installed a new water heater, and once again provided the same excellent service. I would highly recommend Howald!
The service tech Andrew was very efficient, knew what to do and corrected the problem in a timely manor. He was very polite and explained the problem.
Prompt and reliable. Good communicator. Clearly stated what he was going to do and later recapped the results of his work.

Dave Bennett repaired my furnace at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night with a few inches of snow on the ground, a winter storm expected and at the end of his 12-hour workday. James was an outstanding technician. Took apart the air-conditioning unit and thoroughly cleaned and serviced it. Noticed that the drain from the condenser lacked a trap and remedied that. We want James to be our man for A/C and heater service in the future.
