We have used Howald for many years to service our HVAC system. They have always provided excellent service, and their personnel are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Today they installed a new water heater, and once again provided the same excellent service. I would highly recommend Howald!
The service tech Andrew was very efficient, knew what to do and corrected the problem in a timely manor. He was very polite and explained the problem.

Dave Bennett repaired my furnace at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night with a few inches of snow on the ground, a winter storm expected and at the end of his 12-hour workday. My wife and I just moved into our house 3 weeks ago and have already had to deal with a water heater issue.
