I cannot say enough great things about this company. I moved into a one hundred year old house that needed so much work, it was overwhelming. Howald was there every step of the way to help. They came back time and again to fix one problem after another. Their technicians are exceptional, especially Sam. I dont know…
Sam was punctual, thorough and pleasant to deal with.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable technicians, timing for installation for all very good! Complete A/C and heating replacement!
Sam is a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and the pursuit of the right solution for the job at hand while considering the constraints of cost, capability, and fit, are outstanding.
Howard’s plumber Sam was prompt, polite, and professional. The work was done quickly at a fair price. I would highly recommend this excellent technician for any plumbing repair job.
After another company came out (Armor Air) and lied to us about a carbon monoxide reading in our air, we almost got a new furnace installed by them. When they used scare tactics and attempted to make us pay full price before any work was done, we thought it best to get a second opinion. Howald came out, they were…
Great customer service. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the service was on time and Brandon was friendly and efficient. I really appreciated Brandon’s friendliness, his ability to explain the problem and solution in an easy manner. Thank you for great service.
Very commendable job.Brandon did a great job. He was professional, courteous and got the job done. We had several questions and he took the time to explain things to us with patience. Brandon is a great example of what a professional, courteous and efficient person should be like.
Brandon replaced our sump pump of course during the April storms. He was exceptionally knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly. Once again, Howald to the rescue!
David of Howald Heating, A/C & Plumbing did a great job replacing the blower motor on our furnace so we could have air conditioning again. Was quick and efficient. Also 5 stars for office in getting the motor so fast. Couldn't ask for more. Howald is great!
I love Howald. They do a professional job and take good care of their customers.

Howald Heating & Plumbing provided outstanding service as always. Replaced water heater and added thermal expansion tank. I’m very particular and they have never disappointed me with HVAC or plumbing services. Shout out to the whole team who insured things ran smoothly from scheduling, ordering, and installing (Beth, Steve, Sam).
I recently had my home AC and furnace replaced by Howald. Their people did and excellent job and the price was reasonable.
Howald has replaced both my gas furnace and a/c systems and has done the annual maintenance on both for years. They are professional and responsive. Every technician that has ever come to the house has been courteous and knowledgeable. Most recently Dan took the time to walk me through the maintenance he was doing…
My hot water heater was leaking. I called Howald Heating and Air and was greeted by a very nice young lady. She scheduled a repairman and told me he would be at my home within 30 minutes to an hour. The repairman arrived within that time frame. He introduced himself and I showed him the water heater in the basement.…

Tomorrow I am having Howald Heating, A/C and Plumbing replace my equipment. I will write a second review following he installation. The Tech came to my residence and gave me a thorough explanation of the issues with my system. He made the explanation in plain English and he provided me with a long list of options.…
I have been using Howald to replace the systems in my almost 100 year old home - gas lines, water lines, basement sink, back-flow valve in basement, toilet, faucet and new HVAC. All team members have executed a well laid out plan (eliminating decades of extra pipes and nonsensical placements). They communicate…
