I had my problem diagnosed and today was the day they replaced the plumbing under my sink. They were on time, friendly and efficient. I’m very pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again and I thought the price was extremely reasonable.
Brandon W was very thorough, sought out the problem, and then replaced the outside spigot at our request. A year ago Brandon replaced our water heater that was leaking and replaced a poorly installed bladder done by another company. He has also replaced bathroom faucets and drains for us. He’s a great guy and does a…
Impressive young man.
John was great!
Did a great job. Very professional and great attitude.
We have been loyal customers of Larry Howald since he started his plumbing division. Will have to think about it in the future. The estimate stated 6 hour job and $1,300. The job actually took 2 1/2 hours and I asked for a “review” of the charges. I was told it was a fixed rate, not an hourly rate. Seems inconsistent.
Howald always does a good job . He installed a furnace filter we needed and was very nice.
We have had Daniel Core as our HVAC technician several times in a row. Without question he has been the most knowledgeable tech we've ever had. He's informative and actually educates us so that we fully understand the status of our equipment and what the future needs might look like for the equipment.
Sam was punctual, thorough and pleasant to deal with.
I'm so happy I called Howald for a second opinion on some leaking in my crawlspace. The original plumber thought a large pipe needed to be replaced and would cost about 2k. Sam from Howald instead diagnosed the issue as a clog! Thanks much for the help.
Luke was great! Had a blown furnace fuse and he diagnosed and fixed it very quickly. Nice and personable service.
Excellent service by Andrew of the Howald team. Thanks for a job well done!
Howald to the rescue once again! They got a plumber out within a few hours of calling to fix a water leak. As always, they're were beyond prompt and professional.
Daniel Core was very professional and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and what it would cost. He also always made sure not to track anything into the house from the garage. Daniel just as good again as a above!
Charged almost 200 for them to find nothing. They never did a proper diagnosis which would have found a running toilet that was leading to a leak. I was able to diagnose the issue from another state and walk a friend through the process. I paid this company in hopes they would take this stress off my plate. They…
Andrew was very pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions easily. He provided an estimate for a new toilet and replaced the flapper in a half bath
It was Steve amd he was very good.
Howald came out to fix a non-working, 6 year old AC unit at our house. They got everything working, and then a couple days later, a different component unrelated to the first repair, failed. They came back out in the same week (the day after I called to report the issue) and fixed it at no charge. Dan and Dave were…
I asked for recommendations for a reputable plumber, and two trusted friends pointed me to Howald. I contacted them on the website, and they called within minutes and scheduled same-day. They ended up calling back to say that a plumber was available earlier, so even better! Arman arrived and was friendly,…
Sam is a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and the pursuit of the right solution for the job at hand while considering the constraints of cost, capability, and fit, are outstanding.
Brandon was awesome! Had a leak fixed on washing machine boiler drains. Works great now. Always have had great experiences with Howald, will definitely keep using them in future.
All-around excellent service. Next day service was scheduled when I called. Plumber arrived on time. A complicated problem was fixed efficiently and effectively. Arman was pleasant, knowledgeable and clever. The checking out and payment process was by tablet and quite simple to use. I will certainly call Howald next…
I heard some drips but couldn’t tell where they were coming from. Howald sent John out in less than 2 hours. Detecting the origin of the leak was not an easy job! John worked on it and called for backup from 2 additional plumbers—all were excellent! They were pleasant and diligent and finished the job in one day!…
Educational, professional, and efficient service.
Had a pipe break to our outdoor spigot and they came to fix it. The man who worked on it was super nice and explained everything he was going to do/did and it looks great. Thank you! . Second time having Howald come out and they were equally as delightful. Luke was super easy to chat with, kind and worked fast in…
We love our Howald team! Dan F keeps our old crummy furnace working. (Unfortunately, it was installed during the Howald Hiatus). That short time without the Howald group really made us appreciate the great work they do. So glad they returned to our community. I hope we never have to call another heating and plumbing…
Andrew was fantastic. He was here quick on an after hours issue. He was knowledgeable, made sure everything was fixed and called the next day to make sure the gas company had gotten everything turned back on for us.
Polite, friendly, helpful & very thorough. He left the wk space tidy. Highly recommend!
Very professional and explained every step along the way. They arrived on time and completed everything very quickly.
Mike was very efficient, timely, and answered all my questions about the working of my air conditioning unit.
Good service and a very thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done and why which was very helpful. Took the time to answer all of our questions.
Always outstanding
Great service from Andrew. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, honest.
Am so pleased with their technician. Andrew did a super job of determining the stats and lifetime of the non-working commode. He is providing cost estimates to repair or replace -no pressure - my choice. Service was prompt and professional - and the puppy gave her seal of approval🎯
We trust Howald to take care of our air conditioners and our boiler and keep a service contract with them so that they’ll inspect our equipment each year. Today for the first time we used their plumbing services in response to a gas leak and found the whole team to be incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Andrew…
Brandon was knowledgeable and well spoken. He identified the problem

Andrew was perfectly knowledgeable. Assessed different possibilities and found and fixed my issue Very satisfied
I love Howald. They do a professional job and take good care of their customers.
Most recent visit was for replacement of sump pump. It was done promptly & efficiently by ANDREW. I had some specific requests. He handled them with no problem
As usual, the service from Howald was fantastic. I especially was impressed with Arman Latifi. He gave an excellent consultation on an upcoming bathroom update and game a detailed estimate and provided great advice. I would definitely recommend
We are very pleased with the service we always receive from Howald and from Larry Wright and Mike Patterson! They are a trusted resource for our family! Thank you very much!!
Always enjoy the Howald experience. Professionals explain how the furnace is operating and if needed, what parts should be replaced. I trust them and they always deliver.
Great service - thank you!
Howald’s has been taking care of my furnace/air conditioner and plumbing for around 10 years. They are great and I love their work ethic and friendly professionalism!! Thanks everyone!!!
truly professional, excellent quality plumber. Wont just fix some thing to make a buck. They’ll tell you honestly what needs to be done and why or why not. We’ve had them for years and very trustworthy
Sam was prompt, professional and very communicative. 5 Stars
Very professional
I've been using Howald now for years after going back and forth w/ other groups (both solo truck operators and other large groups)... truly here HOWALD KNOWS it's customers... they are very candid and provide great diagnostic to those, like me, that are not plumbing savvy. Therefore I feel in control of the…
Brandon Oxley diagnosed a ND replaced 3 shut-off valves for me. Did an excellent job in doing so. Price for such was surprisingly high, but,I guess, that goes with Biden inflation!
Professional and Friendly ! Experts In their field and customer service !
Rick was great! Went right to work. Diagnosed issue quickly. Didn’t overcharge.
Howald always exceeds my expectations!!!
Howald is a company that more than stands behind their work! I was extremely impressed with the way they handled an incident.
Brandon was excellent!
Excellent work.
Our water heater has started leaking. They came out to inspect it and help with selecting new equipment. Very helpful and insightful. Very quick to come out too!
Knowledgeable, professional, and prompt - as always!
Brandon did a great job. Professional and problem solving. Also very clear about what needed to be done and why.
Arman checked out leak in water heater, sump pump operation and loose fitting hot water dispenser in kitchen. He explained the options on each of the services and was very knowledgeable.
Sam was amazing! We discussed all projects and I had a clear Understanding of the costs involved as well as the scope of the work. It was very reasonable! He also went above and beyond and checked my tub drain to see if I had small plumbing leak before he left. It was fine. highly recommend this company!
Joe was amazing!! We had a leaky spigot and Joe was great. He was extremely professional, loved on my dogs, found the issue and fixed it in under 45 minutes. We had a spigot on the front of our house that leaked into our garage. This was my first time meeting Joe and I can’t say enough great things about him.…
My wife and I just moved into our house 3 weeks ago and have already had to deal with a water heater issue. Joe came out and assessed the issue (a couple hours earlier than anticipated) and was extremely helpful. He was efficient and patient with all the questions I had as a first time homeowner. I’d recommend Joe and Howald to anyone!
Howald HVAC came to my home for a plumbing problem today. I had previously had them out to clean my furnace and was very happy with the service. Today, they went above and beyond in fixing a problem that was larger than I anticipated. The tech, Chris Vosika, was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and repaired everything…
Now Howald has serviced me over time with a new AC, a new furnace, and a new toilet! I'm so grateful for your prompt, careful, polite and excellent-quality service! I live alone and don't always understand a problem or know what to do. You came out on a Saturday night when my furnace went out and got it going…
Had an outdoor faucet break under my house and Howald responded quickly (same day). The plumber, Austin, explained the repair needed, was professional and knowledgeable.
James the boiler man got right to the heart of the problem and fixed my 18 year old gas boiler system for $106, and showed me how to take care of it myself if it should break again in the future. I gave them my HVAC maintenance business going forward. Two other "corporate" outfits had previously quoted exorbitant…
As always, we called Howald first to address our plumbing issues. We had Howald Plumbing repair a leak and install two new faucets. The leak and faucets were minor compared to addressing the nightmare below the sink. Sam did his magic and brought order to chaos. The installation went without a hitch. We feel…
We called before lunchtime, an expert was on our door by two o'clock. P.M. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it expertly so as to prevent it recurring, and fixed it using the simplest and smartest possible approach. Even hung around to make *certain* the faucet was no longer dripping, at all. Super easy…
We found a minor gas leak under our 23 year old stove. After calling Citizens, we called Howald and they were out and fixed the problem within a few hours and for a very reasonable rate. I have used their HVAC division for many years but never had a need for the plumbing division. I was very pleased and I recommend…
The gas company found a gas leak today and obviously had to shut off our gas. Being that it is freezing, we had a big snow, and it’s a Monday, no one really was available. I have two dogs and a 10 month old so finding a hotel was going to prove most difficult. My parents recommended Howald and I called them up and…
The sales team at Howald demonstrated that they treat customers like family. I asked them to quote an entire new heating and cooling system after an inspection from one of their competitors showed that I had a leaky heat exchanger. They quoted the system but also did an independent inspection of the heat exchanger…
