Howald performed as a true Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer should: they listened to my concerns, expertly walked through diagnosis, and explained the factors that led up to the need for this service call. Larry was polite, considerate and respectful. This led me to become a maintenance agreement customer.
Repair was extremely quick and very reasonably priced. No time wasted on trying to sell me on a replacement or additional services I didn't need.

Howald installed a completely new system: heat pump, air handler and thermostat. The installation was problematic as the existing wire between the A.H. and heat pump was causing connection problems.
