For a non-emergency plumbing issue, I appreciate the opportunity to ask for advice before making an appointment. Appointments are easily scheduled; the technician's arrival is announced in a timely fashion and the work is done expertly and in a friendly manner, including checking pricing in advance and cleaning up after the work is done.
Service tech Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of items that needed attention.
John is a great person to have working on your plumbing issues - he explains everything clearly and is very friendly.
Shower mix valve replacement today. All went great! Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would request Andrew again for sure.
I will always use Howald until I'm worm food, and maybe even then to make my eternal resting place more comfortable.
Steve, Sam and Brandon were great!
Update to my previous review: January 2026: Still very pleased with the excellent service provided by Howald. Today they fixed our leaky kitchen faucet & replaced our old water filtration system with a new one we had bought elsewhere. The technician was on time & worked hard to finish the job efficiently. Highly…
Andrew stays on task until he solves the riddle and gets the job done. He will call all his resources to get the part he needs to fix the plumbing.
It was Steve amd he was very good.
Service was excellent. Technician was polite, careful, and thorough. My only complaint was the cost of the replacement tub spout was $360 by Howald, but was available on Amazon for $50 to $100. Unless I do not understand something, Howald charged an exorbitant price for a relatively inexpensive part.
The team at Howald was prompt, professional and friendly.
Armon has helped us many times—he’s the best.
Andrew was professional. He did a great job!
We are very pleased with the service we always receive from Howald and from Larry Wright and Mike Patterson! They are a trusted resource for our family! Thank you very much!!
I've been using Howald now for years after going back and forth w/ other groups (both solo truck operators and other large groups)... truly here HOWALD KNOWS it's customers... they are very candid and provide great diagnostic to those, like me, that are not plumbing savvy. Therefore I feel in control of the…
I was disappointed to find that I had to wait over a week for a part that I could get overnight from Amazon with free shipping.
Andrew was efficient especially given the challenge the shower gave him (which sadly we knew it was going to be a challenge). We learned a lot about our plumbing and are looking forward to a written quote on actually fixing the water pressure problem. Older home and pipes, they just have issues. I would use him again.
Howald Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing is EXCEPTIONAL! They always fix the problem and stand behind their work. Their employees are very professional, on time, experts in their trade—they take pride in their work and always take the time to answers our questions and concerns. They are honest and do not try…
I had a number of plumbing issues. All diagnosed and repaired in a short period of time. It turns out most were minor. Armand is exceptional in terms of knowledge and professionalism! Very reasonable and fair price.
The repair was explained well and professionally. The repair and installation was great. He cleaned up and answered our many questions
