For a non-emergency plumbing issue, I appreciate the opportunity to ask for advice before making an appointment. Appointments are easily scheduled; the technician's arrival is announced in a timely fashion and the work is done expertly and in a friendly manner, including checking pricing in advance and cleaning up after the work is done.
Service tech Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of items that needed attention.
John is a great person to have working on your plumbing issues - he explains everything clearly and is very friendly.
Shower mix valve replacement today. All went great! Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would request Andrew again for sure.

It was Steve amd he was very good.
Service was excellent. Technician was polite, careful, and thorough. My only complaint was the cost of the replacement tub spout was $360 by Howald, but was available on Amazon for $50 to $100. Unless I do not understand something, Howald charged an exorbitant price for a relatively inexpensive part.

I was disappointed to find that I had to wait over a week for a part that I could get overnight from Amazon with free shipping.
Andrew was efficient especially given the challenge the shower gave him (which sadly we knew it was going to be a challenge).
