John was great! Professional, skilled and efficient.
I use Howald for my furnace and AC every year. This year we had a large power surge that fried parts of our AC and took a week and multiple trips to fix. Larry was great to work with and after multiple unexpected turns and parts that needed repair, he got our AC back running during one of the hottest points this…
Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. Arman quickly identified the cause of the problem and gave me detailed options for how to repair it. His work was quick, quiet and efficient. He cleaned up afterwards as well. Great experience. Definitely recommend.
Sam on the plumbing team is always amazing! We have an older home and he manages to find a solution to any problem! Highly recommend!
Another great job, and timely also
We love our Howald team! Dan F keeps our old crummy furnace working. (Unfortunately, it was installed during the Howald Hiatus). That short time without the Howald group really made us appreciate the great work they do. So glad they returned to our community. I hope we never have to call another heating and plumbing…

Very commendable job.Brandon did a great job. He was professional, courteous and got the job done. We had several questions and he took the time to explain things to us with patience. Brandon is a great example of what a professional, courteous and efficient person should be like.
Technician was prompt. The work was done to perfection and my basement was clean when job was completed. Larry hires the best people. That’s why I have been a loyal customer for years. Thank you very much.
Excellent service. Quick and efficient. Sam and his apprentice, John, were great and played with our dogs and cleaned up great.

Just had a toilet replaced and it's working great so far. The tech, Arman, arrived early and answered all my questions. Would definitely use Howald again!
We had a great experience with Andrew! He was very informative and helped us navigate from start to finish. We will use Howald again, and hope to see Andrew again!
The serviceman was friendly and professional. He listened to what we needed and completed the work we requested.
Toilet broke on a Sat., they were here in ~ 3 hrs. Was able to install toilet in just over an hour (after getting new one). Very efficient and personable. Thanks for the great service!
I have been using Howald to replace the systems in my almost 100 year old home - gas lines, water lines, basement sink, back-flow valve in basement, toilet, faucet and new HVAC. All team members have executed a well laid out plan (eliminating decades of extra pipes and nonsensical placements). They communicate…
